All 3D Labs
We are All 3D Labs, we provide on demand manufacturing solutions.
Utilising the HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D printer our print to product workflow, empowers enterprises of all sizes to lower their costs and shorten lead times.
TEAM, Inc. UK needed custom casing to protect their machinery out in the field, prioritising a high-quality finish with a cost-effective manufacturing solution. They turned to our 3D printing services and were thrilled with the result!
Using our HP MJF 3D printer, we produced the casing in PA12, then dyed it black and polished it using the DyeMansion Polyshot S. The team are amazed at the exceptional quality of the 3D printed parts.
“Superb service from Mark Baresh from start to finish. Great support with the print outcome to match. Fast delivery, and a top-quality product. Thanks again!” said Mike Davies, Service Line Manager at TEAM, Inc. UK.
This project highlights that 3D printing isn't just for prototyping—it's also perfect for creating end-use parts.

We would like to show our gratitude to Mark and the team at for their continued support and for printing our motor cooling jackets so promptly and expertly. 👏🏼
The four cooling jackets that were printed are integral elements in our cooling loops that house the motors and help regulate their operating temperature. 🌡️ The cooling jackets achieve this by having a constant flow of water over the motor housing that helps to dissipate the heat from the motors. 🥶
We are very happy that All3DLabs met the required tolerances despite having many intricate internal geometries! 🤯
All3DLabs have been and continue to be an amazing sponsor and we can’t thank them enough for supporting our journey to competition. We look forward to getting the cooling jackets assembled onto the car soon! 🏎️💙
AD - SPONSOR
Motor cooling jackets 3D printed and VapourFused for Oxford Brookes Racing recently.
A critical element in the cooling loops, the cooling jackets, despite their intricate internal geometries met the required tolerances by the team with ease and they’re now on their way to be assembled onto the car.
Ankit Agrawal, Powertrain Engineer is delighted with the uncompromising appearance and rigidity of the cooling jackets and fast production of the parts.
How do you elevate your 3D printed parts to high-quality end-use products?
With polyshot surfacing, it rapidly deep cleans and transforms parts, revealing a semi-gloss finish and even surface that's also scratch resistant. Regardless of the finish you're looking to achieve, we have a solution available.

Showcasing the strength of 3D printing with this recent print run of over 300 small parts for Pick Protection who were looking for a solution to attach Bluetooth devices to a keyring.
Previously they had issues of devices snapping off the keyring, so by 3D printing the backplate, colour-matching and matching the texture of the Bluetooth device we provided an inexpensive, robust and time-saving alternative to sourcing an alternative Bluetooth device. And in turn, a very happy customer.
