Join me for a relaxing and informative workshop where you’ll be guided through the foundations of working with your breath, to help you:

~ Better handle racing thoughts, anxiety and stress
~ Increase your mental focus
~ Sleep better

On arrival you’ll enjoy delicious, nutritious food and drink.
During our session we will learn about the fascinating ways working with your breath can help you with your personal challenges and why. You’ll leave not only feeling relaxed but having had the chance to have fun and learn about different breathing techniques to help you.

With my help you will be guided through the foundations of working with your breath in this super chilled and informative workshop at the gorgeous LEEDS DELI, Roundhay.

This special workshop is aimed to help you take away the tools to:

• Reduce anxiety
• Promote calm
• Eliminate stress
• Increase focus
• Improve energy flow and performance.

On arrival you’ll enjoy some delicious and nutritious food and drink. During our session we will move through some super gentle seated movement to open up the upper body and learn about the fascinating ways working with your breath can help you with your personal challenges and why. You’ll leave not only feeling relaxed but having had the chance to have fun and learn about different breathing techniques to help you.
