Come and learn some really fun hula hoop tricks and combos with me ✨ you’ll be amazed at what your body can do!

Classes run every Tuesday at Yorkshire Dance and all levels are welcome, including absolute beginners. You don’t need to have previous hula hoop experience or any sort of dance background - you will learn everything you need in our class.

A couple of dates for your diary!

🗓️ Monday 26th August: Hoop picnic social on the park! DM if you want to join us so I can send you our location. It will be on Woodhouse Moor (Hyde Park). I’ll bring hoops & snacks. Feel free to bring any flow props / people / food if you wish!

🗓️ Tuesday 10th September: we’re back at Yorkshire Dance for our regular weekly classes! Tickets and class passes are available on our booking site (see bio)

Normal ticket price is £8.50. Class passes are available on our booking site and it always works out cheaper per class!

Our most popular is the 2 class pass, but if you want to commit to more you can also get 4, 8 or 12 class passes.

It’s been a year since we did taster sessions at ! can’t believe how fast the past 12 months have gone 🤯

It’s been a crazy year and full of so much love! I never expected this lil business to do so well and bring so many beautiful people into my life.

I’m always amazed at the talent and resilience I see every week at our classes & if you’ve ever been to one you should be so proud 🙌🏻 trying something new is always scary but you all turn up and smash it!!

I’m excited for the next term at 🥹 we’re back on 10th September (we have a one off class at The Dance Studio on 20th August as well!)

Reminder: we make and sell hoops!

This is your chance to get any hoop for £18 before prices change from 1st September 2024.

Hoops can take anything from 1 day to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the stock of tape you want. If I don’t have the colours you want I will find it for you, but it can take a couple of weeks to arrive. As long as you get your order in before 1st September you will only pay £18 per hoop or 2 for £30.

Hello! 👋

I'm looking forward to welcoming new students to Leeds Hoop Dance this September! We have so many wonderful hoopers at our classes who already know who I am - so this is for anyone who is thinking of coming to their first class
We have a lovely supportive environment, full of fun and experimenting with tricks. Everyone is welcome, no matter your ability. We regularly have brand new hoopers who join our classes so you'll fit right in!

There is a lot of freedom and space to practice whatever you want to work on, as well as structured combos and tricks we learn - so you get the best of both worlds. You will leave the studio having successfully progressed on something and that's the aim🙌🏻

I can't wait to welcome back anyone returning, and I'm excited to meet any new hoopers this Autumn!

Hoops are provided & classes are suitable for all abilities including compelte beginner.
