The knowledge & guidance we can seek may help us understand ourselves. Understanding allows us to become our own ''gurus'' & aliases, rather than conforming to external beliefs.
Theory in practice: Yoga is an emotional & physical practice.
The strong energies of summer solctice correspond with the Solar Plexus Chakra. It relates to aspects of confidence, willpower, & self-respect.
We need will + power to work on ourselves.
We are feeling & moving our bodies in order to release & heal our emotions.
By intentionally & consistently choosing to get to know ourselves, we will understand
& value who we are. Recognising & taking action requires willpower.
We accept responsibility for creating our lives.
We use willpower to recognise uncomfortable feelings & mind concepts & transform them into nurturing ideas.
By practising yoga, we give permission for the physical
& emotional body to release tension, allowing healing to occur so we can be more present in the moment.
Yoga is the way
Throughout our lives, we come across situations where we are stuck, where we need to overcome unhealthy habits, or where we simply need the strength to continue on our chosen path.For each of us, the process looks different.
Yoga has shown me that there is no need for ''fixing,'' but rather a process of shedding old layers & inward searching. There is no ''magic pill,'' only conscious & consistent practise that leads to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Therefore, the yogic path may appear uneasy
& difficult at times. Despite this, I have come to realise that it is the most stable
& rewarding one.
Yoga is a discipline that encourages the awakening of creative energy, individual consciousness
& healing energy.
It is a system involving physical movement, breathing techniques & meditation to help us navigate our life energy, or the fire within us, that can manifest on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual.
Our intelligence, feelings
& physical wellbeing are taken care of.

In a world where a large portion of the population is continuously worried & overworked, being stressed has become the new norm.
The pace of life, digital reality, & technology all leads to information overload. It is strenuous for our system. While our minds are still coping, our bodies are begging us to STOP🛑
As a result, we lose control of our bodies & we are loosing life energy.
*That leads to psychosomatic & autoimmunologic illnesses such as : hypertension, allergies,pain of paravertebral & prevertebral muscles, hyperactivity, stomach aches, bladder problems, poor concentration,burnout,sleep deprivation, depression & mental illnesses.

Part 4
Herbal Ceremony & Vocal and Sound Odyssey
We will finish our workshop with a Vocal and Sound Odyssey as well as the herbal ritual. Herbal essences will assist us in using our voices as a compass to navigate our inner emotional marina more smoothly.
Voice & sound therapy is good for mental well-being and through group singing we can nurture our spiritual health and sense of belonging.
Scientific studies have found that sound & vibrations as well as chanting can decrease stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as increase positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention.
Chants thus create thought-energy waves, and the organism vibrates in tune with the energy and spiritual appeal of a chant. Scientists say that when a mantra is chanted rhythmically, it creates a neuro-linguistic effect. Such an effect occurs even if the meaning of the mantra is not known.
We are going to align and balance the subtle body - all the chakras chanting bija mantras.
The Bija Mantras are one syllable sounds that are meant to activate the chakras along the center line of the body, or the 7 main chakras. Sounds or vibrations can help to activate qi energy or prana vital energy in the body. So we will come back home alive, energised and calm at the same time.
We are going to release everything that is holding us back, feel clean and fresh and prepare ourselves for the new spring beginning and light.

In a world where there is so much pain, injustice & war, let us begin by bringing peace to our own hearts.
Goddess Kali appeared as a big aspect of the Spring Gathering when we first started preparing it.Her symbol & energy can help us through any angry feelings we may have & turn them into transforming fuel for constructive action.
Kali is the world's source of creative expression, the raw power of feminine energy, also called ‘’the dark mother’’ She is an emblem of darkness & as darkness existed before light, she is linked to
time & creation. She is the archetypal wild woman, destroying actual & symbolic demons as well as inner demons that imprison us in ignorance. She also brings the planet back into balance on an individual & social level.
In the world there has always been darkness & light, & there will always be darkne & light within us. It is up to us to decide what we will do with it.
Anger is merely an emotion that can reveal things that we cannot perceive. It effects physical, emotional & spiritual health.
It is natural, but negative emotional response to stress or opposition. If we do not deal with it firmly & positively it will keep on destroying our inner selves. Anger is like fire. It can be destructive, but if we use it wisely, it can shed light on parts of us that we didn’t see. It doesn't just happen for no reason.
Yoga, therapy & spiritual practises from various traditions can help us deal with emotions in a constructive way.

We wanted all of our sisters to feel cared for, reconnected to the Tribe & have a place where they can find strength & support when they need it.

Beginning by embracing ourselves and meeting our bodies; by using gentle facial massage techniques, we will enter the world of self-care to encourage self-love, comfort and relaxation. 💖🙏
We will establish a strong relationship of self-healing using voice and chakra toning sounds (CTS), to enable and stimulate communal (group) healing. We will relieve physical pain and turmoil using intuitive movement and use the voice to free stagnant energy from the physical, mental, and emotional bodies.🧜💃
All these methods will be the perfect introduction to the cacao ceremony and sound healing to follow. Cacao ritual helps you to bring the awareness inwards & allow yourself to experience and receive exactly what you need at that time. Now the heart will be open to set the intention (Sankalpa).Our warm hearts can embrace and connect with the limitless energy that is inside each of us and discover the depths of universal feminine wisdom that lies beneath our skin.🤩🥰
The sound and vibration of Gongs and Himalayan singing bowls will guide you into the space of self-reflection and mindfulness meditation providing with the opportunity to simply be, sense and feel. Therapeutic sound technics affect physiology, neurology, and psychology with a form of reflective enquiry (a kind of questioning) to enable you to move deeper into your transformative intention.
