I am sooo excited to be starting back teaching my classes again at Thrussington Village Hall.
Sooo many thanks to the Amazing Anne Keeshan for keeping my classes going while I have been recovering from my surgery, I am sure you all enjoyed her practice x
Tomorrow is the first class back, January 8th (also my birthday so a new year all round 🙌)
So Mondays 7-8.30 pm and Fridays 9.15-10.45 am

Hope you are all well, just a quick note to tell you that term finishes after class on Monday 12th tomorrow for the Xmas break, I will be putting the new schedule on Gymcatch, but so you know classes resume as normal onMonday evenings 7-8.30 and Friday mornings 9.15-10.45 starting on Friday 13th and Monday 16th January at Thrussington village hall
Come to class Monday eve if you can otherwise have a fabulous Christmas and I will see you in the new year 🙏🎄🥰

But your local yoga teachers are back in studios and gyms and many are still teaching on Zoom.
Support them! Sign up for their classes.

Due to the Queens funeral and bank holiday on Monday I will be cancelling Monday September 19th 7-8.30 class you will get a class refund on your Gymcatch account if you have booked in already, there will be a class Friday 23rd 9.15-10.45am at Thrussington Village Hall so please book in on Gymcatch
