Water is soooo important when it comes to joint and bone health.
Water helps to keep your joints lubricated and flexible; the Synovial fluid that directly lubricates your joints is made up primarily of water.
This fluid reduces the friction between joints and helps to maintain healthy tissue and joints thus reducing the likelihood of degenerative changes in the joints (wear and tear).
So my tip is to start upping your water intake right now.....

Why do people consistently do a series of stretches for their warm-up routine??😳😳
The most common mistake people make is to warm up by stretching.
It is not a good idea to stretch cold muscles.
The best warm-up you could do is a light aerobic exercise for 5 to 10 minutes, to loosen up your muscles and increase your body temperature. This could take the form of jogging, light dance steps/routines, cycling or power walking 🏃🏽.
So please....STOP 🚫 Stretching as your warm-up.
