➡️ We surveyed 5,496 workers across different sectors and occupations about key aspects of their work and employment - each had unique experiences but common themes emerged.

➡️ The central focus in the CIPD Good Work Index 2024 is in the workplace. Our survey findings show that a quarter of UK employees, an estimated 8 million people, have experienced workplace conflict in the past year. The most common approach to address conflict was to let it go...

➡️ We're calling for employers to focus on for and to address the underlying causes of workplace conflict, such as poor management practices and excessive workloads.
