We are a husband and wife childcare service working from our home in Sileby, and enjoying nature where we can in the surrounding areas.
I have been a childminder since 2004, my husband joined as my assistant in 2012. We are a home from home environment, sharing our home every day with our small and not so small people. As their educators, and care-givers our first priority is to connect with their heart and soul, filling up their emotional cups each day, we connect and build secure relationships with each one. This enables us to form strong bonds, creating a safe and secure environment where children feel loved.

Goodness me time keeps getting away from me, it's been a while since I posted on here! We've been very busy settling our new little ones in, having a lovely time getting to know them, saying goodbye to our two older girls who have been with us for 9 years!

Petition: Allow Ofsted registered childminders to receive funding for related children We believe it is unjust that nurseries and preschools receive funding for children related to staff at the same rate as anyone else, while dedicated childminders can't receive funding for caring for a child who is related to them.

Little A also had fun under a blanket looking at the light changing star ⭐
This was a child led activity by 2 yr old A. He found the card tin, sat down and spent the next 30 mins or so taking the cards out and putting them back in, including putting the lid on and taking it off by himself.

Little M and I met a new friend this week. This little robin has been singing to us from the car park at our local supermarket. He's tricky to find amongst the branches but we can hear his song very well! 🎵 🐦
