Was great to have Paul Sayers in tonight’s Pilates for Runners session after completing London Marathon yesterday in 3hours 37minutes and 53seconds. He’s put a lot of effort in to get there; it’s great to see and I have seen a huge progression in his strength and balance in my sessions. Great job Paul!

By having limited session size I am able to apply a personal approach. Finding the missing key in my clients allows them the target the most beneficial training. Therefore spending less time injured and more time doing the thing we love, RUNNING!

I’m just posting as I’ve had enquiries about my Pilates for Runners tonight. If anyone if looking for a way of preventing injury and becoming stronger to help with your running my classes are perfect.
I’m currently running Monday classes on as a continuous class and I am also planning starting another 6 week block on Thursdays from 7th March again, there is availability in both classes including tomorrow (29th feb) if you wanting to trail it.

I’m always on the job as Sophie wanted a beach Pilates class on holiday last week.
There is some availability on my Monday 6pm ‘Pilates for Runners’ classes.
If anyone wants a jump on the next Thursday ‘Pilates for Runners’ block of classes there a few spaces if you want to join in early and want to attend this Thursday 22nd or 29th Feb.

I am starting a Pilates for runners class on Thursday evenings 6pm at Kenetic Studio on Churwell Hill.
After participants’ success from attending my Monday classes, I am starting a second session on Thursday evenings for those who are unable to participate on Monday evenings.
Sessions are designed to help runners of all distances to stay injury free and help to strengthen the parts of the body which are regularly used by runners.
I am starting with 6 session from 11th January to 22nd February. Each class is 55minutes long and charged at £8 per class or £40 for a block for those who want to commit to 6 classes.

A bit belated but well done to Joel Hardwick after 3 months of hard work being coached he has managed to achieve his first sub20 5k at Selby parkrun. He achieved 19.49 despite the weather not cooperating.
With great personal success and group progression in my first 'Pilates for Runners' class I have decided to try another class for those who are interested but unable to attend on the original Monday session.
From 11th January I will be running another 'Pilates for Runners' on Thursdays 6pm at Kinetic Studio in Morley.
