A Huge THANK YOU to Northamptonshire Community Foundation for awarding Volunteer Action with the Rural Community Needs Fund.

This is a vital fund to help us provide charitable services to support the rural community of East Northants for the next year!

Rachel McGrath CEO of the NCF said: ‘The Foundation is delighted to have awarded Volunteer Action funding to carry out a much needed project in their locality. We wish them every success in their endeavours by helping improve the quality of life for local communities.’

As a community foundation, we fund hundreds of small charities & community organisations each year.

We're place based, so the charities we work with are based in Northamptonshire. There are 46 other accredited community foundations in the UK, all part of the UK Community Foundations network, supporting small charities in their own local areas.

This Small Charity Week, we want to spotlight small local charities & the huge impact they have across the county. We'll also be sharing the ways we support these organisations, from grant making to awareness raising.

Stay tuned! ⭐
