So here is another at home 12 Days of Christmas workout if you fancy giving it a try at home. You can use a Kettlebell, dumbbell(s) or any other weight you may have, or improvise some exercises to Body weight if you want too ! Let me know if you give it a try,💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
1 x KB deep low Squat
2 x KB dead lift slow
3 x KB Alternating Halo
4 x KB Alt Clean and Press
5 x KB plank Drag
6 x KB reverse lunges
7 x KB Bicep Curls
8 x KB straight arm sit ups
9 x KB oh press
10 x KB swings
11 x curtesy lunge+press
12 x Devils press Burpee
Complete 1 st exercise, then 1st and 2nd, then 1st,2nd and 3rd, then 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th etc etc etc til you complete all 12 rounds at once with as little rest as possible. 364 reps all together 💪💪💪💪🍷🎄

I am a level three qualified personal trainer with 6 years experience of training clients in 1 to 1 sessions. I was also employed by Cambridge Boot Camp Warriors running their sessions in the local parks, alongside these I also ran classes including buggy fit, spin, kettle bells and circuit training. My qualifications with Premier Training international include: *Level 3 diploma in Fitness instructing. *Level 3 diploma in Personal training. *Level 3 Award in Designing Pre and Postnatal exercise programmes. *Qualified Spin Instructor. *Registered Buggy Fit Instructor.
I am based in Norwich, and can run my personal training sessions in a location to suit you! I provide all the equipment needed for the 1 to 1 sessions, and am fully insured. Alongside the training I can also give you nutritional advice for a healthy well balanced diet.
Personal training sessions are a great way to get results fast, to encourage you to enjoy areas of exercise that you may not have been brave enough to attempt on your own. Sessions are tailored to your own abilities, preferences, and desired outcomes, with the motivation, support and encouragement that you will not find in a gym.
