Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) aka Tapping is used to balance the energy in the body by tapping on certain points of the body connected to the meridians.
Come along to this fab event Sunday 21st July. Really looking forward to attending this and showing the wondeful benefits of EFT.
There is a raffle in aid of Taverham and Drayton food bank.
I am always so very grateful when my clients leave feedback. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this testimonial 🙏 ❤️ 🌟.
I would like to offer my sincerest thanks and gratitude to Emma for the help and support she offered
me at a very difficult time of my life.
Having never suffered from mental health issues, I found myself experiencing from severe anxiety
which was very debilitating and affecting my ability to manage even easy activities of daily living.
After only a couple of EFT Therapy sessions with Emma, we had narrowed the reasons for most of
the anxiety, and she helped me develop strategies for coping with my work and general life. The difference between then and now is culpable and I have been able to return to work, and I feel that I
am now a better version of myself because of Emma’s help.
I can only speak for myself; however I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma as an outstanding EFT
Practitioner who has certainly made a huge difference to my life.
This is a really interesting article about the science behind EFT. Would love to know your thoughts x

Can't believe this was a year ago! I am always so touched when people take the time to leave feedback about their sessions with me. Thank you so much ♥️This is why I love ❤️ my job. Volunteering at Star Throwers seemed a natural progression to use my knowledge of nursing and EFT. When I get feedback like this, it really blows me away. Thank you so much ❤️
"I was going into the 'unknown' with Em but need not have worried as was greeted on line with a wonderful smile and sincerity. In amongst the serious stuff of learning ways of coping with physical and mental pain plus anxiety by tapping, we had jolly good belly laughs. How wonderful to be given permission to swear too while tapping at times! Em's tuition to tap on my head, face, body and hand together with her listening ear and humour, have helped me enormously. I thoroughly recommend this lovely lady to help you, by tapping. I am very grateful to her."
This was a post from a year ago, reallt love doing what I do. What a lovely memory to revisit. X
Thank you Nathan Illman for setting up Nurse Wellbeing Mission. For any of my nursing and Midwifery friends this is a fantastic Facebook group, Nathan is a Clinical Psychologist and provides so much surport in this group.
I got in contact with Nathan via his FB group and explained why I left nursing and how EFT had helped my mental health so much. I offered Nathan a session of EFT and these are his thoughts about it.
“I really enjoyed my session with Emma. I felt empathy and understanding from her, along with a lovely light-hearted and warm attitude which made me feel at ease. We worked through some difficult emotions surrounding the death of my dad, and I found the process to help in softening the intensity of these experiences.
Emma helped to de-mystify what may appear an unusual technique, and explained the process clearly for me. EFT is no doubt a helpful addition for those looking to explore tools to help calm the nervous system”.
Thank you for your wonderful words Nathan, I do love ❤️ my job x
I have reached 200 followers! Thank you for your continued support. I could not have done it without each of you. 🙏🤗🎉
The karate chop point in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a specific point on the side of the hand, also known as the "karate chop point". It is used as a starting point in the EFT tapping sequence and is located on the fleshy part of your hand, below the pinky finger and above the wrist. To tap this point, use your fingers to gently tap on the karate chop point while repeating a set-up statement that describes the issue you want to address. This technique can help you release emotional blockages and negative emotions.
The karate chop point is the "small intestine meridian", which is believed to be connected to digestion and emotional processing.

The karate chop point is also called the "small intestine meridian" and it is located on the side of your hand, between your pinky finger and your wrist. In EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), this point is often used as the "setup point," where you tap while repeating a phrase to help release negative emotions and beliefs. Tapping the karate chop point helps to stimulate this meridian, which is believed to be connected to digestion and emotional processing.

Monday Myst Buster 💥
So often at Emma Henry EFT Practitioner I hear from clients and people enquiring about Tapping that :-
💫Tapping isnt real it is woo woo.
💫 How can tapping on your body make a diffence as you just look silly doing it.
💫Is there scientific proof?
💫Does it hurt?
These are just a few of the questions I get asked.
So I thought I would share my answers.
Yes Tapping is real, there is scientific proof to show how and why Tapping works.
Yes it does feel a bit different if you haven't tapped before. I most certainly thought it looked a bit odd the first time I saw and performed Tapping.
Please see article below ⬇️ to answer these questions.
https://eftinternational.org/does-eft-tapping-really-work-is-it-evidence-based/
Nope, it dosent hurt to tap your body.
Is there any other myths that you may have heard about Tapping that I can help clear up?
I would be very happy 😊 to answer.

This photo 📸 is special to me, when you have the right people surrounding you, it is possible that you can achieve anything you put your mind to🌟 .
With the love ❤️ of my family and surport of the guides from Rock2Recovery I was able to climb ⛰️ Snowdonia.
I was the last one up and down - the huge surport from the wonderful guides was invaluable. Their encouragement was superb, it was 2 years after I had left nursing and I was mentally still rather fragile and this was my pivotal point. If I could achieve this- then what else could I achieve?
I have a successful business using EFT, I joined Tropic skincare which the products are devine and I love the ethos of the company.
I have the most wonderful family 👪, thinking for many years that I wasn't good enough to be a Mum, I know that I am now and this fills my heart with so much love ❤️. I love all our weirdness idiosyncrasies, just like every family 👪 ❤️.
I would love to know which photo is special to you.

When a client comes to see me saying they have anxiety, these are some of the questions I like to ask to ascertain where to start.
💫how does it feels to have anxiety for you?
💫where do you feel your anxiety in your body?
💫do you remember when you started to feel anxious?
💫do you remember a time when you didn't feel like this?
💫what does is stop you from doing?
💫what are your triggers?
As by asking these questions it opens up a beautiful dialogue, each client is different and will work at their own pace. Each experience will be different. I hold space for my clients and gently we work together with the power of tapping, the clients anxiety decreases, the cortisol in the body is lowered - the clients shoulders relax, their breathing relaxes, their body language is more open. We talk about what we can control and what we can't.
I love ❤️ my job so much, having suffered from anxiety for many years, it has been debilitating - stopping me doing things that I love, the overwhelm, the over thinking, the I don't want to upset anyone, feeling out of control, always being on high alert, thinking the worse case scenario, the washing machine in the stomach feeling.
So when a client comes to me with anxiety I can relate with them - everyone's experience will be different.
I love ❤️ tapping for how quickly it works and how effective it is, if I feel the anxiety starting to rise I know exactly what to do.
If this relates to you - get in touch ❤️

I thought that I say a few words about myself - I'm Em - mum 👨👩👧👧 to two beautiful children, wife to Si, Tropic Ambassador, volunteer at a cancer charity Star 🌟 Throwers, ex nurse - now successful Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner.
I turn 50 🎆at the end of the month - something that I am very much looking forward to. Age used to scare 😱 me, getting older, before I came a nurse - now I see it as a privilege. The lessons that I have learnt and the ones to come too ❤️.
I love being an EFT Practitioner as I have the privilege to watch my clients transform.
Some clients come to me saying that they don't want to feel the way they do anymore - we work together at the clients pace - layer after layer of their emotional baggage is released. I witness it as my clients transform, metaphorically into a butterfly 🦋 and gain their wings and sore.
Some of my clients start off not quite sure what to make of tapping and then embrace all that tapping is - all that is powerful - the change in the nervous system, calming the nervous system, the way you think, new positive habits are formed - enhancing your day to day life and so many more benefits 🌟.
If this resonates with you, please message me.
Heaps of love ❤️
