Thank you for this change in perception ๐Ÿง . Our thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ are so powerful, I make a point to reflect on every negative thought daily to change it into a positive one ๐Ÿ•‰

Iโ€™m sure thereโ€™s more I could add to the above. There are also things Iโ€™d like to add but not quite there yet with the thought pattern process and thats okay ๐Ÿ˜Œ.

Inspired by other I thought I'd whip this up from what I had at home ๐Ÿ˜‡

The dressing makes it and I added some sauerkraut after I took the pic too ๐Ÿ‘

Cucumber
Avocado
Haricot beans (chickpea or others would work)
Edamame (from freezer so warmed with beans)
Rocket (arugula)
Sprouts
Sauerkraut

Dressing;
Hummus
Apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
Dijon Mustard
Pinch cumin

Have you ever tried this practice as a gateway to meditation? To me, gazing at a candle ๐Ÿ•ฏ or is so mesmerising, it easily takes you inward ๐Ÿ˜‡. Try it with the candle lit a comfortable distance away from you, relax your breathing, and soften your gaze. Allow yourself to get absorbed by the colours and shapes of the burning candle ๐Ÿ’•

Some warm-ups and variations here, so many nuances within each shape โ˜บ๏ธ. Our practice is so different every time we get on the mat, just experimenting and being curious, not needing to "get it right." I'm just happy to discover a different sence into what I'm feeling in any given shape. The body is wonderful if you allow it to be ๐Ÿ™

Stages to ๐Ÿ˜‰. Warm up to lengthen the side body and hamstrings then bring awareness to each stage in approaching this asana ๐Ÿ‘Œ.
If you try it, be conscious to lengthen the sides of the body (arms overhead first) and keep the sit bone of the folded leg down ๐Ÿ‘. Where hamstrings are tight, bend the knee and isometric pull that heel toward you ๐Ÿ™

I think of it as getting all the benefits of sitting in / and / seated forward fold ๐Ÿ˜‡ It really tones the abdominal organs .

A morning morning ๐ŸŒ„ ritual for me is to recite a with my 108 ๐Ÿ˜Œ
It's a practice I can't imagine not doing now. Maybe the mantra will change, but for now, it's one that's supporting the amnanda treatment therapy I'm having ๐Ÿ™ Amnanda helps reduce all layers of stress in the body which I can feel palpably shedding away, it feels a transformational time for me, and perhaps as we step into spring too ๐ŸŒท

Exploring this variation of or which, for me, requires a lot of opening in the shoulders and much discipline to keep a microbend in the elbows (otherwise they just lock out which weakens the shoulder joint, doesnโ€™t feel good either) ๐Ÿ‘

Check out benefits of balancing on one leg, it's really surprising how many there are ๐Ÿ˜ฎ "your brain is performing a remarkable amount of coordination..." it's obviously strengthening for the leg muscles๐Ÿฆต, brings us into the present moment ๐Ÿ˜‡ , improves focus and connections in yhd brain ๐Ÿง  ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ‘

Probably having such long arms enables me to position my hands in in or ๐Ÿ˜Š

I ensure my chest, shoulders and wrists are warmed up and open first ๐Ÿ‘Œ

However, I've been trying a lovely from amazing .sears in this position; inhaling from the heart into the right elbow, exhaling back to the heart then inhaling from the heart to the left elbow and exhaling back to the heart. Then reversing this fig 8 pattern ๐Ÿ’œ

If you try it, be guided by your breath, breathing into it, soften your body where it might be tightening, and let it go ๐Ÿ˜‡
