May is the month of Our Mother Mary. To show our devotion to Our Lady the whole school came together to celebrate a beautiful Marian procession.
The children adorned the statue of Mary with flowers, honouring her grace and love. They sang beautifully and were very respectful throughout the whole liturgical prayer!
Thank you so much to all our families for sending in bulbs and seeds to plant in our prayer garden!
A selection of the wonderful Easter gardens children have made 🙏
Last year we lost our beautiful oak tree. Mrs B as a leaving gift to the school has bought a new oak tree and had a great team of helpers this afternoon to plant it. Hopefully in years to come it will bring the same joy to children and staff that we felt from our fallen oak. 🌳
Our Mini Vinnie’s did a great job today organising and leading a teddy sale. 🧸
Well done to our prayer group who led a reflective lunchtime liturgy today 🙏
It was all hands on-duck yesterday for ‘Mr Nobes Junior’, the Yr3/4 duck who has started his training to win the big race on 22nd April ! His team mates have serious quack-itude and determination to see him bring home the big prize.
Thanks to his sponsor https://thefootballplayground.academy, there was no duck-in or diving during his first football session after school this afternoon.
