Free Online Wellness Workshops! Excited to have been invited to give a free "Moving Well" Workshop alongside the brilliant Louise from Dacorum Community Dance. We share many values & ideas for helping people stay happy & active over a lifetime. Our class will be broadcast on Wed 3rd June @ 2pm via Active Dacorum's Youtube Channel as part of their Virtual Wellness Festival, from Mon 31st May to Sun 6th June, with local organisations providing free resources on wellbeing topics. Our workshop covers balance & movement advice that I use in my “Managing Knee, Hip & Back Arthritis” & “Fall Prevention” classes. Louise provides professional ballet knowledge & experience working with senior dancers & those with movement issues to break-down techniques into fun, manageable routines. It’s now two weeks since I received my second injection, now protected as I’m going to get. So thankful for all involved to make this happen. Pleased that Watford FC have managed promotion back to the Premier League considering all the efforts they have made within the community & helpping West Herts Hospital in the vaccine rollout. Looking forward I’m getting back out in the community in various Healthy Movement drives. Excited to announce a free online class we’re involved with later this week with Louise Community Dance and @ Active Dacorum. More details to follow! ✔️
