Hi everyone, I hope that you are keeping warm. I am posting to get an idea of potential interest in a new service that I am thinking of offering.

I am a Redwood trained Assertiveness Trainer and I am often asked to do short pieces of assertiveness training. I thought I would see if there is any interest in:

1:1 assertiveness sessions or 2:1 (sharing the cost with a friend, sibling or colleague) on any of the following topics:

What is assertiveness?

Asking for what you want.

Saying no.

Giving feedback.

Receiving feedback.

Dealing with manipulation.

Self-care and stress management.

Sessions would be one hour and cost £60 an hour, either online or in person.
