All ready to embrace Summer Term 2 at TOG. Some of the activities we have out this week to settle the children back in, linked on what they know and enjoy. Then we will be on to enhancing with some themed activities as of next week.
Story for the next 2 weeks is Old Macdonald had a farm. Definitely a favourite here!

Some of our most recent activities inside. We have had the very hungry caterpillar as our story this week and next, and we have been exploring vegetables using our senses and practicing our cutting skills!
Our sign of the week is currently share (also friend) We are also focusing on turn taking and sharing for our core skills so this also links into this 😊
For the next two weeks we are learning all about nurses and doctors! Our story is Polly had a dolly, where the children can all explore the different doctors equipment and have a go at dressing up!
We are also making nurses hats in the art area 👩⚕️ 👨⚕️

Common difficulties in the early years Exploring a range of difficulties children can experience.
A variety of gross and fine motor activities for the children to have a go with outside. Our Wendy house is a garden centre which will help develop the children’s communication skills through role play 🌱 🪴 🌷 The children are also beginning to build up confidence using the large climbing frame and slide.
