Comp Drop! Enjoyed a Few competitions over past couple of months mixing up on my own and with some great team mates along the way.
This One was a highly competitive with the where I pulled out a few personal bests and went to dark places but know I came out with so much experience and confidence for my next comp.

This one was a great weekend outdoor comp in Cornwall, again we had top weather and superb team mates in this time I had my full support crew in and Flo cheering me on!

We always find something to blame for our misfortune I’m a big believer in PMA - Positive Mental Attitude. Yeh sometimes in life we are unlucky, it happens but if we keep blaming it, blaming someone or something we tend to focus and dwell on it. How many missed opportunities were there while we was distracted and blaming everything else? Stay positive and keep moving forward that’s my Friday 13th advice…

SMART goals can be used in all aspects of life when thinking about achieving something specific to you, think about making it SMART your one step in the right direction for success!
Specific - make your goal no matter how big as specific as possible - e.g I want to do a full push up on my toes with good depth by April 2023
Measurable - how do you measure it, can you measure it as it’s needed to keep you pushing forward - e.g. target at bottom of press to full extension - I can do ten on my knees I now need to go onto toes to practice.
Attainable - make sure it’s not to easy you want it to be a challenge and know where you go after - e.g once I achieve one to a good standard I will do 5 as a next target
Realistic - be real, don’t set yourself up for failure - e.g. I can do 10 on my knees so I want to do 10 on my toes next week, never going to happen!
Time - set a deadline and a plan in place to achieve it - e.g I’m going to stick to my training plan twice a week and test on 10th April 2023
