This is a busy class so only one or two spaces left at the mo, it's another lower impact session that's particularly good for anyone with joint or mobility problems. The class consists of a combination of cardio, resistance and balance exercises using bodyweight, bands and weights to help improve strength, cardiovascular health and balance.
All abilities welcome with seated variations and adaptions for exercises where needed.

Looking for some new starters for 2024 if anyone's up for it - Boxing drills and bodyweight exercises in St John's Recreational Ground, Tunbridge Wells - every Saturday morning at 10am. One You Kent have free 12-week weight management groups starting in January 2023. There are spaces remaining on the Monday 10:00-11:30 session starting on the 30th January. - Bodyweight and Bands in Calverly grounds basketball court every Thursday at 10am.
- Small group PT sessions (6 per group) at Skinners school, Tuesdays 6.15pm, 7.15pm and looking for more for an 8.15pm session.

We currently have some spaces left for the One You Kent Exercise Referrals group in Tunbridge Wells. This a free 12 week course including 6 exercise sessions and 6 healthy lifestyle educational classes.
These classes will be held face to face or virtually online.
To be eligible you will need to visit the link below, fill out the referral form and then one of the local health team will get in touch to tell you more about the options in your area.

Happy new year everyone...Another year gone by and it's already that time of the year again to start those new fitness resolutions.
