I'm not one of those women who snapback and baby weight has never fallen off me without effort. Breastfeeding seems to make me hang on to a few survival lbs contrary to popular belief.

My biggest hack is to set yourself a goal and keep patiently chipping away day by day. Some days you'll smash it, some days you'll fall down, the important thing is you pick yourself up and keep going. You're gonna get there, it just might take a bit longer π€

Monday thoughts ... Don't let fear make decisions for you π
I hear you! Fat Loss can be challenging.
Like anything tough, there is a skill to doing it more comfortably. The good news is, once learnt you have a great base to get and stay lean for life.
Swipe for the hacks I use when in a fat loss phase without suffering from too many hangry episodes .....
As a beginner, I made the mistake of just moving weight from A to B without any thought as to what I was trying to achieve. Things to think about when you're next training:
πͺ Am I feeling this movement where I should be? For example, are your quads or hamstrings taking over in the hip thrust? If so, lower the weight!
πͺ Am I rushing through the movement in my desire to get this done? Tempo (think slow and controlled) is often a better tool than slamming more weight on the bar.
πͺ Can I reposition my feet/hip angle/posture to bring the desired muscle to the party? Experiment.
πͺ Is another muscle kicking in when the primary mover is fatigued? For example, is my lower back kicking in when my glutes are not firing or engaging.
And remember, we all have different physiology, limbs, strengths and weaknesses. What works for one doesn't necessarily work for all. Find what works for you and if in doubt ask your coach π
