This is a bee that is currently present in the gardens. Her name is the Xylocope bee. This is the biggest bee in Europe (2.5 to 3cm). She doesn't sting (if we don't chase her of course). The Xylocope is a so-called ′′lonely′′ bee, although it can live in colonies, that is to say side by side. Black with blue wings... she's very beautiful but can be scary, her flight is fast and very loud, but she's not aggressive and rarely stings. She is to be protected as rare and very useful... some people confusing her with the Asian hornet!

We will be putting our beautiful restaurant to bed until 2021. Our last service will be 31st of August. There are many things to say but right now we don’t have the words. Don’t worry we will be back but until then
