As you know from last term's classes, I do read about yoga. And I do practice yoga. But I keep teaching, because I always learn so much more about yoga - both in the teaching itself and from all of you, too. And isn't that just how life and yoga are the same - the more we open up to learning, the more expansive we are!

In this term's yoga sessions, we'll be feeling the yang energy of summer, so we'll generally be practicing classic asanas, working in standing, seated, prone, and supine poses. We'll include sun salutations, balances, rotations, forward folds, back extensions and strength work. It's re-grounding ourselves in our practice, especially helpful in preparing us to continue our own practice between terms.

This will really ground us in our practice so we can carry it on by ourselves through the summer break after this term.
