The York Local Offer is a free and impartial service provided by City Of York Council.

We provide information about what is available in York for children and young people and their families with special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND). The Education Psychology support line is open every Wednesday - term time only - between 9.30 and 11.30 am.

This is a confidential telephone support service staffed by Educational Psychologists to talk through questions or concerns about children and young people's well being or learning.

To book a slot, please email [email protected] with your name and contact number.

Bookings close on Mondays at 5pm, and you will be contacted by email on Tuesday with a time slot for your consultation.

IMPs are joining forces with York Theatre Royal to go 'Around the World in 80 Days (ish)! There'll be storytelling with crafts, drama games, and you'll even make musical soundscapes to your journey around the world.

The Door 84 Community Café gives local York residents of all ages an opportunity to meet, chat and socialise with other community members over a lovely cuppa ☕️

Our Café, Community Food Stall and Fair Share Stall is open every Wednesday 2pm-4pm at Door 84 Youth and Community Centre down Lowther Street 📌

The Community Food Stall can be accessed whilst the café is open, providing pasta, sauces, biscuits, rice and drinks, as well as household products and toiletries. All products have been donated to Door 84 to share with our community.

Join us to make Easter Cards on Tuesday 26th March 9am-12noon at Hob Moor Children's Centre.

We will be making Easter/Spring Wreaths on Wednesday 27th March at Clifton and The Avenues Children's Centres and Thursday 29th March at Hob Moor Children's Centres 9am-12noon we will be making Easter/Spring Wreaths.

You can also speak to an Information Officer at all drop-ins to access free and impartial family information.
