For the Brownies:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or approximately 350°F.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the following wet ingredients:
240ml of your choice of milk (oat milk in this case).
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
60g of fat-free Greek-style yogurt (you can use vegan or dairy).
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil.
Combine Dry Ingredients: Add the following dry ingredients to the wet mixture:
120g of oat flour.
60g of chocolate vegan protein powder (such as Bulk chocolate gourmet vegan protein powder).
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
4 tablespoons of sugar (granulated, brown, or coconut sugar).
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.

Mix to Form Dough: Stir all the ingredients together until they form a dough.

Bake: Place them in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the brownies are done. You can check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a brownie; it should come out clean when they're done.

Cool: Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.

For the Frosting:

Prepare Frosting: In a separate bowl, prepare the frosting by mixing the following ingredients: 150g of fat-free Greek-style yogurt (vegan or dairy).
4 tablespoons of chocolate vegan protein powder (e.g., Bulk chocolate gourmet vegan protein powder).
Melted dark chocolate (55g). You can melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler until it's smooth.

Decorate: Pipe the frosting over the cooled brownies in a decorative manner. You can get creative with your frosting design.

Decorate and Enjoy: Add any additional decorations you like, such as sprinkles, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts. Then, enjoy your delicious and healthy brownie cupcakes!

Remember to store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh. Enjoy your homemade brownie cupcakes!

Nutrition Curiosity !
Your pets should never eat raisins, grapes, macadamia nuts or chocolate.

Eating fairly large amounts of raisins and grapes can cause kidney failure in dogs.

Macadamia nuts and chocolate (particularly dark or baking chocolate) can cause vomiting, upset stomach and other symptoms. (foodandnutrition.org)

Raspberries are a member of the rose family
As are cherries, apricots, plums, pears, apples, quinces, peaches, strawberries, and blackberries.

These types of fruits typically have flowers with five equal petals arranged around a central core. Unlike many other fruit snacks, once picked, unripe raspberries do not ripen.

How does a snack that is as easy to make as 1, 2, 3 sound? Perfect, that’s how it sounds.

No bake high protein chocolate and pumpkin seed brownies.

So what makes these brownies so spectacular you might ask. Well, let’s start off with the fact that they’re brownies!
I certainly don’t need any other reason to eat them. And neither will you. But on top of this, these brownies taste great (of course), are very simple to make, and packed full of quality ingredients. In fact, they are so good for you that you can eat them for breakfast. I know! Brownies for breakfast – it doesn’t get much better than that.

Vitamin A is the generic term for a group of fat-soluble compounds highly important for human health.

They’re essential for many processes in your body, including maintaining healthy vision, ensuring the normal function of your immune system and organs and aiding the proper growth and development of babies in the womb.
Vitamin A compounds are found in both animal and plant foods and come in two different forms: preformed vitamin A and provitamin A.

Preformed vitamin A is known as the active form of the vitamin, which your body can use just as it is. It’s found in animal products including meat, chicken, fish and dairy and includes the compounds retinol, retinal and retinoic acid.

Provitamin A carotenoids — alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin — are the inactive form of the vitamin found in plants.

These compounds are converted to the active form in your body. For example, beta-carotene is converted to retinol (an active form of vitamin A) in your small intestine .
