Hi there. My name is Lory, trainer, yoga teacher and founder of this platform for people in Hong Kon Hello I'm Lory and I'm the trainer behind Pack of Packs.
I enjoy training a range of clients from absolute beginners, people who want to get back into shape or intermediate movers who like to challenge themselves and learn something new, from teens to seniors. My own challenge for the rest of the year is doing more dynamic gymnastics stuff.
Why dynamic movement is so important for kids.

I love this place so much. On Saturdays they open the main floor for the little ones and their parents. So much space to burn all that youthful energy, and parents will feel like kids, too.... for about 10 minutes. And then they'll be running out of steam and the kids will leave them in the dust.
