It is with great sadness that we let you know that our friend Eoin French, known to many the world over as Talos, has passed away after a short illness.

Eoin passed peacefully in his sleep early on the morning of Sunday August 11 2024 in his native Cork, surrounded by his loved ones.

A beautiful soul, a true artist, a son, a husband, a father, and a friend. We are devastated by his passing.

As was his wish, there will be new music from Talos to share with you all in the future.

Studio Two ready for Bring Me Back Alive with Shine A Light &

Best of luck to Jack who stars as Noah in Noah Barleywater Runs Away, starting it's run at the Watergate Theatre, Kilkenny today.

It is time to Meet the Cast of Noah Barleywater Runs Away, our new play written by Mike Kenny and adapted from the book by John Boyne.

Meet Jack Mett:

Jack is an Irish actor for screen and stage, who trained at ActorsVision and is a full time member of BOLT production company. His most recent theatre credits include Juror #10 in TWELVE ANGRY MEN (Cork Opera House 2023), Thomas Putnam in THE CRUCIBLE (The Everyman Theatre 2022), Granillo in ROPE (The Everyman Theatre 2021), and as Peaches in BRING ME BACK ALIVE
(touring production 2022-23). His most recent TV credits are as ‘Mikhail’ in THE DRY S02 (ITV/RTE 2023) and as ‘Amir’ in DER IRLAND KRIMI S03 (ARD TV Germany 2023). For film, his credits include LOW (an indie slated for 2024 release), and short films AMOEBA (supporting), S**T (supporting), WHERE THE CHILDREN PLAY (lead). Jack also currently appears as Myles Carr (lead) in EFLOWS commercial campaign.

Since October 2012 to October 2022, we're quietly celebrating our 10th Anniversary today. Thank you to where it all began, and to the 1000s of students who have explored the imaginary world with us since. Looking forward to the next decade.

BRING ME BACK ALIVE return to rehearsals with a new cast. New shows coming this Autumn with Shine A Light Su***de & Mental Health Awareness

Ed Kadysewski was a titan. A world class cinematographer. An oustanding human being.

His classes never felt like classes, but more like you were live on set, in the presence of your director, learning by doing. He was passionate and deeply knowledgeable. Caring but firm. Absolutely professional always.

Ed was, is, and will be talked about in the film community as a constant. His guidance carried on long after we departed his classroom. He was always on the end of the phone if needed, whether as a professional advice, or as a friend. The phone line has sadly closed, but his legacy will be longlasting. His effect profound and far-reaching. His name will be long spoken of.

ActorsVision was hugely shaped in it's inception, and evolution, by Ed's training. His knowledge and skill has filtered down through all of our work, and always will.

It's with a very heavy heart that I learned yesterday of the passing of one of my greatest mentors. Like all who knew him, it's hard to process. We wish to pay our respects to his wife and kids, whom he adored.

In moments like this, we should be reminded of the reward and freedom that comes with a life spent in pursuit of artistic endeavour. Ed lived what he loved, and his positivity and personality were refelctions of a soul who followed his passions. Honour him by following yours. RIP Ed
