Recited these 4 prayers with all my heart and soul at 3:45 am (Brahma Muhurat) today and that's how I am celebrating the Rama Mandir Consecration ceremony in Ayodhya (Pran Pratishtha).
Prāṇa pratiṣṭhā refers to the rite or ceremony by which a murti (devotional image of a deity) is consecrated in a Hindu temple, wherein hymns and mantra are recited to invite the deity to be resident guest, and the murti's eye is opened for the first time. Practiced in the temples of Hinduism and Jainism, the ritual is considered to infuse life into the Hindu temple, and bring to it the numinous presence of divinity and spirituality.
The ceremony marks the recognition of the image of god to represent "a particle of the divine whole, the divine perceived not in man's image as a separate entity but as a formless, indescribable omnipresent whole", with the divine presence a reminder of its transcendence and to be beheld in one's inner thoughts during darśana in the temple.

Free Yoga Camp conducted for the residents of Hazrat Khwaja Meer Dard Basti, Delhi.
Conducted a free yoga camp for the residents of Sector 44, Chhalera Village, Noida on behalf of the NGO Hope B Lit.
Taught yoga for free to about 1000 school kids, women and men from Noida. My favorite part was teaching kids, brimming with enthusiasm and curiosity! 🤩
My 2nd yoga camp with the NGO Hope B Lit wherein I would be teaching yoga free of cost to the kids and women of Chhalera Village, Sector 44 Noida. Very excited! ❤

Modifications of the Butterfly Pose:
1. If it is difficult to hold the toes of the feet, clasp the hands around the ankles and shins.
2. Sit on a blanket if you have tight groins.
3. Practitioners can practice more baddha konasana variations: the forward fold and diamond leg pose.
