This is the frequent thing that I keep on hearing by my clients .. π of a
Weight loss journey of online consultation of a patient who was on unhealthy diet and switching to a healthy diet was itself a task and due to time restrictions that we had like in 2 months we had to reduce 10 kgs, for her knee replacement surgery as otherwise there would be so many complications and the surgery wonβt be successful.. being a headmaster by profession and at the age of 51 years , she did not get much time to follow and was unable to walk 50 steps a day .. so it was a challenging task for me too.. without exercise you have to make them reduce weight .. so switching to a healthy diet plan and constant monitoring .. we got this success story finally.. all thanks to Hema Patel Mam, that she gave her testimonial in video format and expressed herself so well, while other clients are shy to come up and show their name ..
