Protein: Essential for the production of keratin, a structural protein in hair and nails. Good sources include lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, and plant-based options like beans and tofu.

Biotin: Also known as vitamin H, You can find it in foods like eggs, nuts, and sweet potatoes.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids: These healthy fats help maintain skin's lipid barrier, preventing dryness. Sources include fatty fish (salmon, mackerel), flaxseeds, and walnuts.

Vitamin A: Supports healthy skin by promoting cell turnover. Carrots, sweet potatoes, and leafy greens are rich in vitamin A.

Vitamin C: An antioxidant that supports collagen production, improving skin's elasticity. Citrus fruits, strawberries, and bell peppers are excellent sources.
