Introducing Dr. Mwanabule Ahmed, affectionately known as Dr. Bule. Emerging from the depths of adversity as a member of the marginalized Bajuni tribe, Dr. Bule hails from a poor family on the secluded Faza Island in Lamu.
Her journey commenced at Faza Primary School, where her exceptional performance on the KCPE exams garnered her a coveted acceptance letter from Mpeketoni Secondary School. However, this courageous young woman hesitated to venture too far from home and reluctantly declined this opportunity. A timid spirit dampened her resolve, leading her to instead enroll at Lamu Girls Secondary School.
The rigors of boarding life proved too formidable for Dr. Bule, compelling her to withdraw after a year. Undeterred, she summoned her unrelenting determination and returned home to complete her secondary education at Faza Secondary School in 1998.
In 2000, she took the first step towards her destined greatness by joining KMTC Nakuru. After three arduous years, she successfully cleared the program in 2003. Yet, her ambitious spirit compelled her to transcend the confines of clinical work. Thus, in 2004, she embarked on a transformative journey at Kampala International University, pursuing a demanding Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree. Six years of tireless dedication culminated in her triumphant graduation.
As an intern at the esteemed Coast Provincial General Hospital (CPGH), Dr. Mwanabule's extraordinary talents were soon recognized, propelling her ascent to the position of Medical Officer in 2012. Astonishingly, in 2014, she embarked on a study leave, seeking to broaden her horizons. Driven by an unwavering passion, she embarked on a transformative path at Moi University, came back in 2021 as a General Surgeon. The first ever female surgeon in Mombasa County. Literally, Female Surgeon.
Her achievement serves as an electrifying testament to her unwavering determination.
Currently, Dr. Mwanabule serves with utmost dedication at the prestigious Coast General Teaching & Referral Hospital (CGTRH) and Likoni Sub County Hospital (Manyatta), leaving an indelible mark on the medical landscape of Mombasa County.
Dr. Mwanabule's inspiring story serves as a resounding call to embrace limitless potential. Her words resonate with unwavering conviction: "My journey transcends mere boundary-breaking; it is a tidal wave crashing against the shores of limitation. I refuse to settle or look back. I continue to chase my dreams relentlessly. Why not join me in shattering the confines of fear and timidity? The time is now!"
MEN:
When you look at various women , there is always something that you can admire until you wish to sleep with her, something different from your wifeโs.
May be it is b***s especially if she is yet to bre.ast feed, may be it is hips, may be it is her lips , may be it is her complexion, may be it is her voice etc.
If you think you can keep going for every woman you desire; you will never have enough because every woman has something desirable. It is like going into a hotel with all types of foods and you decide you want to eat all foods , you will just end up sick.
No one gets enough of wine if you think you can mix all wines, the best way to enjoy wine is to drink just one type that you really love and enjoy it forever.
Staying faithful has little to do with your woman, it has everything to do with you as a man.
It is upon you to make a decision to stay faithful for the sake of the woman you love. It is up to you to treat one woman like a queen.
A kingdom with more than one queen is divided and soon it will fall.
Loving a million women amounts to nothing but loving one woman in a million ways makes you great.
There is a lot of happiness in faithfulness. It is so fulfilling to love one woman above all women .
A rolling stone gathers no moss, and a man who keeps wandering from one women into another never finds true happiness in life....
THE WOMAN IS MORE IMPORTANT?
Dear lady, how do you get comfortable with seeing your man struggling and ripped by pressure yet you say it's his responsibility? How did selfishness rent an apartment in your life? Do you not know that your man's happiness is as important as yours in your home?
Whilst we understand that the bulk of the responsibility of taking care of the home is on the man, let's not also forget he's human. The tides of life can be interesting and fluctuating, anything can happen at anytime to anyone.
You're not the only one who wants to be taken care of, who wants to feel like a queen, a baby girl and more.
The man too wants to feel loved (saying I love you is different from showing), he wants to feel like a king, a baby boy and more too, he wants to be vulnerable with his woman, he wants to be respected and feel peaceful too, he wants the gifts and PDAs too, he wants to be s*xually excited and satisfied too.
When last did your man rush home just to be hugged and pampered to an exotic relaxation?
When last did you serve him that spicy breakfast/lunch/dinner in za oza rum before the one from the kitchen?
When last did you order or buy him some really nice gifts that wows him?
When last did you intentionally thank him for being an amazing husband, father and friend?
When last did you encourage him for the battles he fights everyday for your home?
When last did you take out the time to intentionally pray for your man?
When last were you intentionally interested in the growth of his business?
When last did you support him financially or take up a bill just to lessen the pressure for him?
When last did you send him a romantic note or SMS just spice of his day?
When last did you openly reaffirm your love for him and your dogged readiness to follow him in or out of season?
No matter how wealthy a man is, somewhere deep down in him he still has desires and that all round support from his lady. Basically, it is the thoughts behind the actions that does the Magic .
You suppposed to be a "help, partner, surpport system"...marriage is partnership something.Dont always make it about you,the mans feelings ,happiness and satisfaction is as valid and important as yours.
N/B ; This post does it in anyway support laziness for men .However a man deserves to feel really loved ,respected, and surppoted too.
Fake your death and attend your burial right from burial arrangements to the real day then leave your kids with your siblings and be in a safe distance watch closely how your family treats them.
The way your family treated u when u were broke is the same way they will treat your kids when u are dead. MONEY binds siblings together there is nothing like blood ties run broke and learn your lessons.
So if at one given time u ran broke u know exactly what am talking about. Look around u?, You have an uncle, aunt or even brother who is completely broke surviving on milking cows of neighbors or common kibarua in the farm. Have u ever called him even for a hi?. Have u ever given him even 50bob?. If the answer is No then u are among the demons who will even killed your brother's kids if he happens to die today.
Mimi am a different breed my friend. I may be the only person who visits my broke uncles and cousins. I buy them anything they want and anywhere we meet anajua tu ameangukia kakitu. I celebrate with them, spend enough time with them. I cannot buy my son something and leave out my brother's kids. K**a ni nguo nawanunulia wote even my sister's kids I do the same. Sadly no one I MEAN NO ONE has ever given my dota even a pencil!.
No wonder God has refused me to die despite many accidents and terminal illnesses. I still soldier on. God knows if I die today,my dota who loves me chake kimeisha๐ข๐ข
Dear God, on this beautiful Sunday, I lift up my voice in gratitude for the gift of friendship. For the companions who laugh with us in joy, stand by us in trials, and enrich our lives in countless ways, I give thanks. As we embark on a new week, please watch over my friends near and far. Infuse their days with Your love, guide their decisions, and protect them from harm. Hold us together and strengthen our bonds. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.
The late starlet, the cute girl who was killed in an Airbnb made calls to her friends and relatives frantically calling for help but no one even called back. Maybe she had sensed danger and was calling for help lakini ukuzoea katabia ka kupigia watu simu na kuomba pesa people including your relatives will start avoiding u. Wasichana sasa mumeona?. Even her full-time boyfriend never called back. He was not even bothered because kushika simu ni pesa anataka.
My landlord locked my house for unpaid rents. I called everyone I knew including my own siblings for the 1st time in my life am calling someone to send me money normally am the one who sends them money. Believe me I got no help.
What am I saying. Kenyans ni vizuri kuwa munyama. If she constantly calls to ask u for money u avoid her calls. If he calls once since his birth to ask for monetary help u ignore. Munatakanga aje?!.
Sikuwai kasirikia mtu juu ameninyima pesa mimi. Pesa ni yako kukataa nayo is your choice all rights reserved. However, a human being with a human heart help people my friend. Starlet could be alive had any of the people she called responded to her calls.
Hii pesa tunatafuta miingi tutakufa tu tutaiacha hapa. Ati u want to leave a legacy for your kids wewe ulipata legacy gani from your father?. The kids will inherit milions but in months will squander everything and become useless. If one is able to see from his grave utajionea tu.

I WAS R***D IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND AND HE WANTS TO DIVORCE ME BECAUSE I ENJOYED IT๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
โMy name is Janet, I am a banker in my early 30s and going through a messy divorce. I married my husband as a virgin. I have never been with any man but him until I was r***d. I didnโt know anything about or**sm, climax or what have you because i have never experienced it. 8 years of marriage with a miserable s*x life. i have two children from my marriage.
โIt happens that we travelled to my husband village during Easter period. While in his country home by 1 am in the night our house was raided by armed robbers a gang of 7 members.
โIt was a very terrifying experience, after collecting all the valuables at home, the leader turned to r**e me. The leader tied my husband to a chair, tore my clothe and went on to show me his manhood that he will use it on me
โI was frightened, i begged him and cried but he wouldnโt listen. It was a r**e that cost me my marriage. As the guy was entering me, I was supposed to feel pains but that wasnโt so. I felt a kind of electrifying sensation that I have never felt in my whole life. I screamed oh my God, as he started pounding on me I didnโt know when I was holding him hard and begging him not to stop to the amazement of others, I was enjoying being r***d by a criminal
โI was told I was screaming very hard when I wanted to cum. Yes, I had my first or**sm through r**e and since then my life hasnโt been the same. The robber took me two rounds which I came both times. I donโt know what happened, if it was my village people that pursued me, but all I can say is that I havenโt had such with my husband. My husband gave me the beatings of my life after the robbers left.
โHe called me unprintable names, i am a pr******te, he didnโt know I was an Ashawo. He canโt marry an Ashawo. i was hospitalized for two weeks as a result of that incident and his beatings
โMy husband left me at the hospital and travelled back to our home. i was damaged. how could such a thing happen to me? who was responsible for me enjoying being r***d and even Cuming as a result of it?
โHow could i even enjoy such act of cruelty on my body? these were the question i kept asking myself. When i got discharged i met a divorce papers waiting for me to sign. I tried begging my husband, involved my parents but he swore not to let go
1. IS THE HUSBAND RIGHT FOR TAKING SUCH DRASTIC DECISION?

DEAR WIFE...
1. If you want your husband to make
love to you often, have a good
attitude. No matter how s*xy you
look or dress, your husband will not
find you attractive if you have a bad
attitude.
2. If you want your husband to be
eating with you, be pleasant to be
around. No matter how tasty your
food, it loses taste when being
around you is stressful.
3. If you want your husband to be
opening up to you sensitive and
difficult information, learn to keep
secrets and not to overreact.
A man refrains from sharing too much
when he is scared information will
be leaked or be misinterpreted.
4. If you want your husband to be
taking you out often, stop bringing
drama and ruining dates with issues
that should be dealt with at home.
No man wants to go spend time and
money at a venue where he will be
emotionally drained.
5. If you want your husband to solve
the issues in your marriage, stop
seeing yourself as the angel and him
the devil, stop attacking him or
labelling him as "The agent the devil
is using to in your marriage". See
also your fault, show him you are on
the same team and seek solutions,
not finger pointing
6. If you want your husband to
come home early, be peaceful.
The wife tends to own the home
and so can easily make the
husband keep off if she becomes
harsh, uninviting and combative.
7. If you want your husband to be
chatting with you and calling you up,
be fun to talk to, make him miss you.
If each time he calls you or chats
you up it ends up with you starting a
fight, reminding him of his wrongs or
ordering him around he will avoid
communication with you.
8. If you want your husband to
receive your suggestions and
corrections then speak to him with a
tone of love. If you come at him
shouting, dictating at him or
manipating him he will harden up.
9. If you want your husband to enjoy
kissing you, then speak loving
words, be gentle, be easy to talk to.
Lips that speak words that hurt are
not attractive to kiss.
10. If you want your husband
to do more sweet, romantic and
special things; appreciate the
little he does and he will do more.
Complaining never inspires a
man to do better, but appreciation does.

POLICE COMMAND SECURITY ALERT: THE TWO RITUALISTS ARRESTED WITH SOME FEMALE BODY PARTS ABOUT 9:30PM IN A HOTEL WHERE THEY HAD LODGED. THE NAMES OF THE APPREHENDED CRIMINALS ARE SAHEED AND JAMES WHO BOTH CONFESSED MORE THAN 70 GIRLS HAVE BEEN SLAUGHTERED AND THEY SOLD THEIR PARTS TO ONE ABEFE SADIQ AT 600,000.00 (SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND )
FOR A GIRL KILLED FOR HIM.
WHEN THEY WERE ASKED HOW THEY GET THEIR VICTIMS? THEY
ANSWER: GETTING THE GIRLS WAS SO EASY. WE LURE THEM WITH MONEY AND FANCY THINGS.
THEY WENT FURTHER SAYING THAT GIRLS OF THIS DAYS ARE EASILY LURED WITH THOSE THINGS.
ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS TO GET OR RENT A FANCY CAR WITH CASH THEY WOULD SPEND ON THE GIRLS AND THAT IS ALL THESE GIRLS NEED.
FOR THE MARRIED ONES IT'S MUCH EASIER AS THEY LOVED SECRECY. MOST PEOPLE THAT USE THEM GIVE US THEIR DETAILS AS THEY ARE CLOSED TO THEM.
IT COULD BE THEIR FRIENDS, NEIGHBOURS, COUSINS ETC.
WE PICK OR KILL THEM WHEN THEY INVITED THEM YOU KNOW THERE'S ALWAYS TRUST BETWEEN THEM, THEY CAN EVEN GIVE THEM DRINK OR FOOD OR DASH THEM CLOTHES OR TAKE THEM TO BOUTIQUE THAT WE HAVE CLOTHES ALREADY GOT FOR THEM.
WHAT THEY LACK IS WHAT WE USE TO KILL THEM.
ONE RAN AWAY FROM HER HUSBAND , WE GAVE HER TOO MUCH ATTENTION SHE FEELS FREE AND CALL HIM (SADIQ) TO BE HER BOYFRIEND AND WE KILLED HER AND HER FOUR YEAR OLD CHILD WHO SHE TOOK FROM SCHOOL. THEN THEY'RE BEING TAKEN TO A HOTEL ROOM WHERE THEY'RE TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE HAVING FUN OVERNIGHT BUT INSTEAD THEY'RE BEING SLAUGHTERED.
THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE ADVISED PEOPLE TO SHARE TO ALL FEMALE FRIENDS, SISTERS AND COLLEAGUES THAT THEY SHOULD ALL BE CAREFUL NOT TO FALL A VICTIM.
YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE A SISTER OR FEMALE FRIEND BEFORE SHARING.
CONTINUE TO TELL THEM...
1. Deviation from the approach of the rest of the books which are Plays and Novels. This breaks monotony in the syllabus and exposes students to yet another learning area. If you don't teach it, students will graduate without knowing that there was something called *Anthology of Short Stories* in the syllabus. Learning is fun and an exposition or an expedition.
2. A Silent Song has very interesting stories with linear plot.
3. Questions tested are direct and don't demand much. Essays based on Novels and Plays require higher order interpretation while for short stories, mastery of the plot and characters may make a student run away with the marks.
4. The stories can be grouped according to the thematic issues they address and this can make an intelligent teacher revisit/review the stories with the students prophetically.
5. As the name suggests, they are actually SHORT stories. The challenge of students mixing up characters can be dealt with by reading the stories many times. In fact, START READING THE STORIES WITH THE LOWER FORMS NOW!
You will never go wrong if you start early. Crop farmers will tell you about early planting as a cultural practice in good agricultural production.
6. Follow your heart. Teach your students the book you love most. Don't copy me blindly. You will be very creative and more productive when you teach what you love.
Hallelujah ๐ค
We may call them D materials but my friend, police officers can make this A materials sweat blood when they are found in the wrong side of the law.
On Friday, I was in a bus to Nairobi when some sports motorbike passed as like lightening. I was seated besides the driver. The biker could lift the front wheel and fly like 10-20 meters before landing. He vanished. A few kilometres ahead we found him handicaffed at a road block. He was under arrest. As the bus was being inspected I went to him and asked him. "Man, I saw u flying past the bus. U want to tell me with all that experience u have no road license or insurance?". He answered me almost shouting. "I have all the papers and insurance I don't know why the damn police arrested me". One police officer heard his lamentations and came over. He said, " we don't dispute u have all the paperwork, everything is in order but u haven't shown us the license from KAA. Show us u are licensed to fly and u will be on your way".
For sure my guy was connered. He was flying wasn't he?. Now show the police your pilot license and airports authority license.๐คฃ๐คฃ.
Reminded me days back I was passing by Huruma chief's camp and I saw a post. "Administration police SGB unit". I pointed at a friend who was with me and we began pondering what was the meaning of SGB. In the process a police officer saw us and ordered us to go to him. He then told us to seat down. When we demanded to know what we did he said "u guys were looking at a government buildings suspesiously". We later learned after parting with 500 each for our freedom that SGB means Security of Government Buildings. D Material alitupata. Achana na hawa jamaa man.
If you are a woman who follows me and is desperately "looking for love, s*x and marriage,"
- Stop sleeping in AirBnBs with men. If he cannot invite you to his house, ignore him and focus on your life.
- Don't be mesmerized by the display of opulence (cars, jewellery, money, fashion). Men who display opulence are crooks.
- Before you open your legs for a man, do a background check. Know his father and mother.
- Do you even know what he does for a living? Don't be carried away by his big braggadocio talks and pompous telephone conversations. Some of those conversations are false and a red herring to hoodwink you.
- Avoid dating foreigners. You don't understand their cultural orientation. Some are vampires. Some are ritualistic. Some will film you and post on p**n sites. Some are here for organ harvesting. Some will f*ck you in your a**s.
- Uninstall dating apps. Avoid them. The men in those apps are crooks. They know women in those apps are desperate women who can do whatever it takes to be with a man. Dating apps are brothels.
- Flee from immorality. Alcoholism, promiscuity and prostitution are s*xual immorality that will kill you. The wages of sin is death.
- Your va**na is not an ATM. There is no free money. Every money you receive from a man has a bait tied to it. Be innovative and have an honest work.
- Fix your soul and spiritual life.
- Be patient.

Today was an AirBnB in Kilifi๐ญ. People have become so heartless am telling u. Mtu anakatwakatwa k**a mbuzi ya butchery nakwambia. Mimi siwezi Jinja hata kuku mtu nitaanzia wapi?. Ni nini hicho huyo mwanamke alikukosea mpaka umuue kinyama namna hiyo?!.
I cannot stomach seeing a man beat up his wife. In several occasions I have found myself intervening and one time nilipiga mkamba mumoja vibaya sana when I tried to stop him from beating up his wife akageuza Vita ikawa yangu.
One professor said "the weaker s*x has been so empowered that the only option left for men now is to apply the powers given to them by God the powers that made them say they are the weaker s*x".
A woman will beat u while shouting like u are the one killing her. When the community answers the distress call without even assessing the physical damage loudly visible on the stronger s*x they will descend on the man again not knowing he was the one being beaten then the man will be arrested and judged in court and sentenced to years in prison. No one has mercy when it comes to man against woman. So what will men do?. They are killing them now.
***Did You Know This.***
During a company's annual family trip to a crocodile farm in Thailand... the eccentric Boss dared any of his employees to jump into the crocodiles infested pond... and swim to the shore.
Anyone who survived the swim will be rewarded with 5 million... but if killed by the crocs...2 million will be given to the next of kin.
For a long period of time no one dared take up the challenge... then suddenly a man jumped in...and swam frantically for his life towards shore pursued by the crocs...and luckily he made it unscathed.
When he managed to recover his breath... the man, who became instant millionaire, shouted asking who pushed him into the pond..... it was his wife who did it.!!!
And from that day...that was how the phrase... "Behind every successful man...there's a woman"...came about !!! ๐๐๐
Lord of Mercy, the creator of heaven and earth, give us this day our daily bread and lead us to the path of righteousness. We come to You in supplication, praying for Your mercy and blessings as we embark on this new day. Bless our hearts and give us the strength to build a society that is more prosperous and United. Guide our steps and bless the work of our hands. We have myriad of problems, and we come to You asking that You relieve us of the burden and make our lives easier and better. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.
My friend,
Education System in our Country has been the most outrageous and honestly to speak the most unproductive to say the least.
The sole purpose of education System is to identify and nature Talents as we make professionals out of those who choose each and every career path in the spectre... Languages, are there to build ones confidence in expressing him or herself in a language beyond his native( be a holistic individual), Mathematic teaches one to be a critical thinker, Sciences broadens your knowledge and entices innovative thinking, Humanities teaches one the politics, History and Religiosity of humanity...
But in our system since 1986 when 8-4-4 was introduced, 8 years worth of work is summarised in a Three Number result. No Transcript. No recognition of Extra- Carriculum Exploits where this particular learner could be having his or her hidden talent.
Another 4 years later, 12 years plus academic endeavour is summarised by an alphabet. Only 9 slots you fit between A plain and E. No Stranscripts.
Our Teachers, Parents and students have been accustomed to push the Numbers ( Marks ) and the Grades, Forgetting about identifying the talents... Passing exams with flying colors becomes the main objective regardless the methodology rather than identifying which brains/ Talents can accomplish what.... Exam Cheating then has a favourable condition as the end justifies the means... No parent wants his or her dependant fails, No student wants to fail and No teacher wants a poor mean grade.... Then there are brokers who finds their means to beat the exam system and explore it's loopholes....
Unfortunately,
It's the students who suffer at the end. Whether you cheated or Not, you find yourself sharing lecture rooms with persons who are of limited IQ and the vise varsa is also probable.... You find people embarking on Careers that it's beyond their calling and talent. Whether they passed due to CHEATING or Underpassed due to the fact they didn't... Frustrations arise along the way and they become unproductive.....
KCPE and KCSE were outdated ways to gauge and confirm educational progression of an individual going by the factor many predisposing factors could affect the results of the above in an individual and in particular individuals background.
3 KCSE results remaining before we forget the 8-4-4 thing.....
Going forward, Announcing National results and having Institutional segregation ( National , Provincial, District etc) should be a thing of the past... Boarding High Schools should be a thing of the past... Look at your child fee structure, Tution fee is less than 30% of the fee you pay.... National school prey on brain drain and still have higher affinity to cheat so as to remain the power houses....
Whatever the grades our sons and daughters got today, that shouldn't stress any soul... It's all about the decisions ones makes using or not using those grades.... An E student can employ a A student in the near future...
Nyinyi munaona hiyo 1k or 2k inakatwa Kwa payslip hamuoni long term effects. Why do u think Ruto is pushing this affordable houses agenda so so hard.
Look at it this way. Citizens contribute tens of billions every month which no doubt has been put to good use. Am telling u with the speed houses are coming up in all corners of the country no 1 shillings has been stolen from the affordable housing covers.
So by the end of William Ruto's second year in office he may have succeeded building 50k units of the affordable houses.
Now see it this way. 1 unit goes for 3.8m and he will still be constructing more when the selling begins. People will be so concentrated on the money being cut from the payslip that they will forget the money pocketed from the selling of the units and there Ruto has the trillions he needs for his re election.

When I was a student in Moi Eldoret my girlfriend of maseno university received HELB and decided to give me a treat. We went to kimwa gardens where she ordered milkshake my 1st time to hear that, I drunk alcohol to my fullest and she took me to a mabati lodging in the western to part of Eldoret just metres away from then Moi university hostels.
She had money but she chose this place. Since she was the one paying the bills I chose to keep quiet. At night, the entire lodging sounded like a maternity ward. Women groaning, others mourning others calling for their mothers some calling Jesus. It was my 1st time in a mabati lodging.
However, my neighbor to the left really spiced and encouraged me to work hard๐คฃ๐คฃ.
I recall this because if for sure someone can stab a lady in a lodging to death and no one hears that then the government should ban this self contained lodgings and encourage citizens to embrace mabati lodgings. No one can kill u in such an environment. People can differentiate the mourns of sweetness and pain and come to your rescue. If not sure we can always make a small home on the wall to survey inside the lodging if indeed the girl is enjoying or getting killed.
Sometimes throw this class out of your stupid minds. If u want to go down with someone take him to a lodging u are familiar with. Otherwise I recommend mabati lodgings for your own safety.
