A recent shocking incident has taken social media by storm. A landlord locked a unit due to three months of unpaid rent by the tenant. Tragically, the tenant, facing financial difficulties, couldn't reload his phone, leading to a month of isolation. The aftermath was heartbreaking: the tenant was found deceased in the unit.

This incident not only highlights the severe consequences of rental disputes but also highlight the significance of following the right legal procedures. Had the landlord consulted with a lawyer before taking action, this tragedy might have been averted.

Improper eviction can lead to grave legal and even life-threatening consequences. To prevent such incidents, both landlords and tenants should be aware of their rights and responsibilities and seek professional legal advice when faced with issues.
