GOOD NEWS! We shall resume our business as usual on 25/8/21 after closing for the past 3 months from the lockdown! We WELCOME all our regulars and new customers to our sport store again. For the safety of our customers and staffs, we have adopted a few measures to ensure peace of mind to you and our personnel.

We have voluntarily adopt the following practice for your safety when you visit to our store.
1. All our serving staff have completed their vaccination and the required incubation period before allowed to serve you.
2. All our staffs are required to conduct a covid self-test every 2 weeks to ensure they are fit to work.
3. Our premise will be sanitize 2 times daily.
4. Our serving staff have to comply with the require government SOP's such as scanning MySejahtera, no fever or feeling unwell, proper mask on all the time when serving you.

With us doing our part, we hope our visiting customers will also play their part by abiding to the authority SOP's as below.
1. Only fully vaccinated customers which complete the necessary incubation period will be allowed to enter our premise by showing us the MySejahtera Vaccination Certificate.
2. Conduct the usual practice of scanning your entry using MySejahtera and temperature taking of not exceeding 37.5C.
3. Be on face mask (preferably Double mask & shield) all the time when you inside our store and be on gloves for shopping of apparels and shoes.
4. Practice social distance while you shop. Our shop will only limit to 5 customers entry each time.
5. Kindly make your shopping short and sweet as each customer are only allowed to be in the store no more than 2 hours.
6. Note that our fitting room are closed for use. No fitting are allowed at this moment.

Do note that all section of our shop floor (with the exception of tent section) will be opened for viewing to comply with the SOP's.

However, we encourage our customers to shop online at our webstore, www.xnocs.com or call/message us for any purchases assistance if possible.
