Saving patients with blood donated by committed individuals inspire everybody. On this day, we just want to thank all those who have been instrumental to save lives!

Mrs. Mana Budhathoki visited with her family six weeks after surgery to our centre. Looking at her confidence gives us not only joys but also determination to work hard to bring happiness in more and more patients visiting us.

In the highly divided world, the essence of love, respect and dignity among fellow human beings of all races, religion and countries is paramount. Gautam Buddha's teaching of calmness, equanimity and self control is even more important. There is no happiness without happiness of other existence around you. Let us use Buddha Jayanti to enrich our own existence to move forward in a peaceful path.

Nothing gives such a pleasure than seeing Mr. Sebastian Woitsch today on a mountain bike in Nagarkot View Point after a very complex elbow surgery a year ago in our centre. He is now back doing all his favourite work including biking in the mountains. This was the ultimate aim we were seeking for many years that Sports Medicine truly rises in Nepal bringing people on track as soon as possible after their injuries. It was a great moment to be in US Embassy Health fair. Organizer has done everything to make it look great and feel great. We are thankful to the US Embassy for this opportunity. Also would like to thank all our participants for representing our centre.

Anamiwa Health celebrates International Nursing Day with various activities including Panus lighting, singing, poem recital, cake cutting and having some refreshments. It was rejuvenating.

Air pollution is making our lung struggling. Fire every where is causing people with asthma suffering even more. What could be the solution? Do they have to stay inside the house with humidifier and proper medication? Do we have to make oxygen cafe for such individuals? We must give a thought. May be Kathmandu Metropolitan City can discuss with the experts. It is a high time to make a breathable city. We must act together!

We are very happy to have Mr. Manoj Gajurel in our institution. He brought a lot of happiness and comfort in the organization. In the busy day, moment of laughter was a great experience among our patients and staffs.

We are very happy to welcome Mr. Hari Bansa Acharya to our institution. Discussing vision and mission of the organization has been a great moment for all of us. His encouragement for our future goals has been worthy. We thoroughly enjoyed conversation with him and Madam Acharya.

We are thankful to Mr. Santosh Raj Pant for visiting Anamiwa Health and inspiring our team and patients. Each of our patients has been grateful to see him and share some comfortable experience with him. He made them smile and we laughed together. This has been a memorable moment for all of us!

As we move forward performing excellent surgeries, we are able to change many people's lives. Now, Anamiwa Health becomes Centre for Excellence for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy.

While we celebrate International Day of the Worker, Anamiwa Health family continues its services today so that our patients do not need to suffer from their medical and Orthopaedic problems.

Unstable Hip fracture is a challenging entity and needs good planning, proper surgical ex*****on and excellent rehabilitation. We are blessed to be able to take care of Dr. Rajiv Baral, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon's MitAma. She has been discharged today. She is heading towards Budibazar, Pokhara. She has invited us to Pokhara and promised to cook food for us. We are very thankful for her good gesture.

Anamiwa Health believes on nursing empowerment by providing excellent nursing education and leadership preparation. Our nurses at Anamiwa are committed and compassionate. While we welcome new applicants, we also would train them to be confident, hardworking and patient centric. Our little contribution over the years would definitely make positive impact for healthcare services in Nepal.
