We are excited to announce that we have just extended our preschool classes to include 2 year olds. So if you have a 2-4 year old in the house we highly recommend these classes.

We are now offering preschool gymnastics, starting next week.
If you have a budding gymnast aged 3-4 years old then get them signed up now to do preschool gymnastics in our fantastic new Gore Gymnastics Venue at The Base, 14 Waiau Street, Gore.

🤸‍♀️ Kids aged 3-4 years old
🤸‍♀️ Only 12 kids in a session
🤸‍♀️ 45 minute class
🤸‍♀️ 5 week block from Wednesday 13th March - April 10h.
🤸‍♀️ $50 for the 5 week course.

🤸‍♀️Choose from 2 session times:
10.00 - 10.45 OR 11.00 - 11.45

Hi everyone! Here is an email that has just gone out to our Mindbody database. If you didn't receive this email it's because we didn't have you on the Mindbody system so we are posting on here as well. Big news! Times are changing for us at The Base, we thank you for all of your support;

To all Gymnastics Parents of The Base,

With the colder winter months approaching, we have made the decision to put all of our gymnastics classes at The Base on hold for the foreseeable future. As the gym is such an open space and heating for our younger members is a priority we will be spending time looking for an alternative venue dedicated to gymnastics and providing the warmth and wellbeing needed for the children. On the other hand our gym membership base is growing weekly and this has also influenced the decision. We will be expanding our floor plan to make room for the growing memberships.

We can’t thank everyone enough for the support we have had since opening, with the Gymnastics classes and we will miss seeing all the children’s smiling faces through our doors! We will be keeping you posted via social media if any new plans come to light.

The final classes will be on the 14th of April 2022.

🤸‍♂️ Qualified coaches and a fun learning environment , our goal is to teach your children all fundamental movements of gymnastics that they can then transfer to other sports, school, social groups and even on the playground!

That’s a wrap on preschool gymnastics for the year! What a wonderful year it’s been! Two full terms at The Base! These little humans make my heart sing 🤩

Our Christmas holiday program only has a few spaces left, we allow ages 4 and up!

Please remember that we require vaccine passports if you are coming to watch 🎅

Dear all Gymnastics Members of The Base,

Any one of the age of 12 and 3 months must have a vaccine pass to enter The Base as of Friday the 3rd.

If you don’t have one but are dropping a child/children off please ask them to wait outside the studio or they can come in 5 mins before their class starts. Please do not leave children unattended, only leave once you know they are inside.

The entry to the gymnastics studio is around the corner of the building, not the main entry. We will be there guiding you the right way.

Doors will be open at 8:50am

With Term 3 coming to an end we have uploaded our Term 4 Gymnastics Timetable onto Mindbody ready for you to book/rebook! The Dance and Acro Timetable are coming soon.

Below is the timetable and if you haven't used Mindbody before all you need to do is open the link posted below on a web browser or laptop and it will prompt you to create an account and then select which enrollment you would like.

We have a new Open Gymnastics Class for 18 months to 4 years on a Wednesday 9.15 - 10am! This class would be perfect for those families that have more than one child wanting to participate in the class 😃

WELCOME BACK! 🤸‍♂️

We are so excited to welcome you all back to the studio at The Base for gymnastics!

There are just a few government guidelines we need to follow and procedures put in place by The Base:

- Please sign in using the QR code or manual register
- Sanitise hands
- Parents/caregivers must drop off at the door and pick up after class. If you are waiting we kindly ask that you wait in your vehicle
- Please do not send your child/children to class if they are sick
- We will maintain a 2 meter distance between children
