🌟 What an incredible experience at our Sweat Session Pole Conditioning class! 💪 The energy was off the charts, and every move was a testament to the amazing community spirit. Together, we raised funds and awareness for Sweat with Pride. Thank you to everyone who joined and made this event unforgettable! 🌈✨

This June, we’re focusing on fine-tuning our moves! Think pretty pointy toes, strong straight legs, shoulders back, having a plan for your hands, controlled facial expressions and all those other little fine-tuned details that elevate poses from “good enough” to *chefs kiss* level great 👌

POLE SWEAT SESSION for Sweat with Pride! 🌈

This month we are supporting Sweat with Pride! In this class we are aiming to work up a SWEAT! 🥵

For the first 40-45 mins we will be working through different conditioning exercises on the pole with the last 15-20 mins having a focus 1-2 strength moves that you have been trying to achieve in classes! This class is suitable to all levels of pole and we would love to see you there 🤩
