Le Ciel Bakery (6/100 Tory Street, Wellington, New Zealand) —and let's just say, the results were not what we expected! 😂✨

What came out was a big, fluffy cloud that was as delicious as it was surprising. Sometimes, we never know what will happen once we pop something in the machine—the end result is always unpredictable, but that's what makes it so exciting and hilarious! 😄

At Foodnerd, we love to encourage a little playful experimentation with your food, and we’re super excited to see how Chef Shuchi will work her magic with these fluffy creations. 🍰

To keep up with the incredible demand, we’ve been working non-stop to produce more of our freeze-dried chilli, and today, I had the pleasure of delivering the freshly completed batch to Chef Sushil. It’s been a rush, but both Foodnerd and Chef Sushil are super excited and amazed by how well the burger has been received.

The event is wrapping up soon, but stay tuned—Chef Sushil is considering extending the special burger. We’ll wait for him to share more details later!
