Being sick stinks and it is exhausting being tired from doing nothing! 🤒🙄 as some of you might know from rescheduled appointments that I haven’t been well for the last few days. Doctor put me on some antibiotics and man they work wonders fast! I am planning to resume work in few days as per doctors orders! 🙌 i have opened myself up for this Sunday 14th of July in case you are in need for a massage!

It’s been busy few weeks leading up to a long weekend! 😅 so many of you were working so hard in training and trusting me to fix your aches and pains or to maintain you body to do your best this weekend at Team Nationals (CrossFit competition- for those who doesn’t any link to Crossfit). I am crossing all my fingers and toes for all of “my athletes” from all of the boxes of the Crossfit community in Wellington to do well…🤞🔥 ..and have the most fun!

P.s. an extra energy is sent Urban legends way though! Of course I am biased.. 👀 My Urban fitness family are so amazing and hope you guys are buzzing and having the best time already 🏋️‍♀️🏋️

But I’ll still have full day today and tomorrow to do my magic on those who stays in Wellington and have booked in for this weekend! 👌🙌

Just a wee update for those who can’t see any appointment availability online for the next 2 weeks. Unfortunately I am not booked out - bookings are closed for now as I have dislocated my pinky and possible avulsion fracture(?)🤦🏼‍♀️ turns out pinky is quite important in my line of work when it’s twice the size and doesn’t bend much. i am resting my hand this weekend and doing the exercises hand therapist gave me 😂 (yes flexing and extending the finger 👀) and will update you next week after hand therapist session if I can operate at some capacity till 12/07 before i go on my holidays. I will personally get in touch with you if your appointment will be cancelled in upcoming weeks!

Just wanted to update everyone regarding my working hours during the holiday period:

Although I am having some time off now - I am back on 26th of December, yes, I am back working on Boxing day. 🫣👀

After Christmas I will be working reduced hours up till 16th of January. So plan ahead and book in now so you don’t miss out!

We all need days off. Mine is always on Sunday. Back at work on Monday. Let me know or jump online if you want to book in for next week - there are still spaces available.

Many of you already know that Blake and I have been spending some in time self-isolation since Tuesday due to Covid, but I am happy to say that we are on mends already. We are following all the guidelines and our GP’s recommendations to keep everyone else and ourselves included healthy and safe. I will be up and running from Friday 18.03. As I am all booked up on 18.03 and 19.03, I have opened myself up on Sunday 20.03 in case anyone is in urgent need to get fixed and cannot do that during the next week on working days (especially those who did CrossFit Open 22.3 🥵).
I miss you all and cannot wait to be out and about and to do what i do best. 💆🏼‍♀️💆

Resuming massages during alert level 2! I am very excited to announce that indeed I am resuming work from Thursday 9th of September! Have only 2 slots left for this week, so get in quick or plan you massage for upcoming week.

It’s been almost 2 weeks since lockdown. One day at a time 🤯 I hope everyone is well and safe. I am patiently waiting for things to go back to somewhat normal 🙌 I will send out an information when I will resume work - can’t wait to see all my clients. And a reminder for those whose appointments are coming up prior alert lvl2 or 1 kicks in, they will be cancelled.

My name is Laima and I am a massage therapist. I started my career in Europe as a physiotherapist for more then 3 years before moved to New Zealand in 2017. I have extensive knowledge of the human body, its movements and I have worked on a wide variety of clients.

I provide targeted bodywork to achieve pain management relief, injury rehabilitation, recovery, tension relief and general body maintenance.

I work with my clients to find a combination of techniques that best suits their body and their requirements. I currently offer sports massage, deep tissue massage, dry needling, hot stone massage and cupping.
