My go to exercise to get some definition lines showing in the chest and front delts muscle groups.
20wks out to the Wellington Ifbb comp in Sep 2022. As of today 98kg. So I put on 8kg since my last comp 9months ago. So my body fat percentage is definitely not where it was back then. So I'm making myself accountable no good telling others to do when I'm not walking the talk.
