20wks out to the Wellington Ifbb comp in Sep 2022. As of today 98kg. So I put on 8kg since my last comp 9months ago. So my body fat percentage is definitely not where it was back then. So I'm making myself accountable no good telling others to do when I'm not walking the talk.
Let the off season come to an end like all good things. And let the the contest prep begin.

Buying bulk and cooking the night before. Saves time and you can fridge them and get a couple of meals.
I bought 2.5kg chicken pan broiled and then had some for dinner and I have leftovers for the next 2days.
Tonight is crispy noodle chicken salad. Probably chicken wraps for lunch tomorrow.
