First class of term tomorrow, super exciting! Unfortunately I have a terrible virus, but incredible black belt and co-owner of Workshop Jiu Jitsu Amy will be taking classes. Amy is also my friend and I love her, we are very lucky and you won’t want to miss this class! So you know what she looks like, here is a picture of me and Amy Barratt-Boyes when we were about 5 years old, approximately.

Remember classes are on today, even though it’s kings birthday weekend. I can’t believe he has the same birthday as his mum! 😂

Today is the day! I’m so excited to see you all and practice some awesome Jiu Jitsu!

Term one starts back on Sunday the 11th of Feb, so exciting, can’t wait to see you all!

In case you missed the memo: We are planning a kids inter-club Jiu Jitsu competition. Because this comp will be held at Workshop Jiu Jitsu we are having a special class at Workshop tomorrow - Its just around the corner from our current location, a 2 minute walk - Upstairs at 64 Cambridge Tce. Same times, different space! The comp is NOT tomorrow, just our class.

Dad day! so much fun on the mats today. A long lost training partner came out of retirement for the occasion and new Jiu Jitsu Dads were able to test their skills on, much smaller opponents 😆

We have decided that we will no longer be supplying white belts to our students. BJJ belts are expensive and there are students who only attend a few classes then decide it’s not for them. We will have white belts available for sale at $20. We will continue to supply all other belts your child is awarded at grading 🤼‍♀️😎
