Do the honors of designing this year's UAPSA-UBARCS arki merchandise for us!

We present to you the 𝑨𝑹𝑲𝑰 𝑴𝑬𝑹𝑪𝑯 𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑷𝑬𝑻𝑰𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵.

Here are the mechanics:

1. The competition is open to all Architecture students of University of Baguio.
2. Participants are to design t-shirt, hoodie, lanyard, and tote bag merchandise. (Front and back design)
Participants can submit one design/ multiple design for each merchandise.

Note: You can choose any of your choice of what to design. Either T-shirt only, Hoodie only, Lanyard Only, or Tote bag only.

3. A concept/ design that has UAPSA UB ARCS logo on it. A design with a touch of Retro Concept
4. Use color palette and template for each merchandise that is connected to Retro.
5. Digital and Manual drawing is acceptable.
6. Submissions of designs should be in the png file with the file name and email subject: Artist name_Year Level
7. All UAPSA_UB_ARCS members will vote for the winning entry via "Heart Reacts" on page posting
8. The contest with a winning entry will receive specific merchandise of their design for free.
9. The design submitted must be original and must not copyright, trademark, privacy right, or any rights of a third party.

| Amendment of the University Dress Code Policy as stipulated in OSA Circular No. 1 series of 2024.

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and the University of Baguio Supreme Student Council (UB SSC) released a Joint Memorandum Circular on the updated guidelines on the University Dress Code Policy dated August 12, 2024 (Monday).

Through a meeting held July 12, 2024 (Friday), both parties unanimously agreed to revise the aforementioned policy.

Some of the noteworthy updates to the policy include:
- 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗗 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀: Only University of Baguio and School-approved ID laces and/or lanyards are allowed;
- 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲-𝘂𝗽: Hair color and makeup is allowed as long as it is kept to a minimum;
- 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: These should be applied in a manner that respects individual gender expression. Thus, students are expected to dress appropriately for an academic setting, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
