Enrollment Guidelines:

FOR NEW STUDENTS and TRANSFEREES:
- Please click on the registration link below for New students and transferees. Then click on "Enroll in College" and fill out the information form as accurately as possible. Please do not re-register or register again to avoid duplication of accounts.

For Old or Current students (enrolled 1st Semester 2023-2024:
- Enrollment will be online so use your WELA account to log in.
- Go to http://caci.wela.ph and look for the "LOGIN" link located on the top right corner of the site and click on it.
NOTE: DO NOT CLICK ON THE "ENROLL IN COLLEGE", As this will direct you to the enrollment process for NEW STUDENTS.
- Input your school email as the username and input your password to login.
- The schedule will be uploaded within the day. So please check your account.
- For Irregular students, please proceed to Window 2 after choosing your subjects to be enrolled in this semester for evaluation.

First batch - January 6, 2023
Second batch - January 13, 2023

Applicants will proceed to Window 1 for the examination fee and requirements. Examination will start at 9:00 AM - 12:00 NN.

To all Aeronians!

For Continuing students:
NO UNIFORM, NO ENTRY Policy will be implemented starting next week (September 25, 2023). Wearing of proper uniform will be implemented.

For New students and Transferees:
NO UNIFORM, NO ENTRY Policy will be implemented 1 month after the start of classes (October 16, 2023).

To all AMT Students (Freshmen, Transferees, and Continuing)

The school tailor for the laboratory coverall will be in Room 102 from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. only until September 14, 2023 (Thursday).

September 9, 2023, is a special non-working holiday in honor of the late President Sergio Osmeña, Sr. Office is closed and will resume on September 11, 2023 (Monday).

Enrollment guide for 1st sem 2022-2023:

1. Register at (www.caci.wela.ph).
2. Pay the enrollment fee of P2,000. You may pay via online bank to bank transfer or Gcash to bank details below.

If you are paying online please indicate the name of the student in the "REMARKS" portion.

Please send proof of payment to [email protected]. Please settle your balances for the previous semester (if applicable). Please allow 1 day for payment verification.

3. A text notification will be sent once your payment has been verified containing Enrollment account log in credentials. Click on the link to log in.

4. Follow the steps below to select the subjects you want to enroll in this semester. Click "Submit".

Please note that once a subject class is full, subject will automatically deleted from the drop down.

5. Your subjects will then be queued for approval.

6. You can view your studyload once your subjects are approved.

Please take note of the following schedules for the uniform and school ID picture-taking. This is also for the continuing students who were not able to have their ID pictures taken last semester.

Here is the registration link for the First semester of 2023-2024. After registering, you may now settle the enrollment fee ( P2,000) at Window 1 or through bank payment channels (details will be posted).

FOR FRESHMEN and TRANSFEREES:
Kindly scan or take a clear photo of your requirements and upload it upon registration. Incomplete requirements will not be able to complete the registration. Once registration is done, pay the enrollment fee either at Window 1 or through the bank account provided. For payments made at window 1, please email your proof of payment to [email protected]. For electronic payments (gcash or bank transfers), please email electronic receipts to [email protected]. Please wait for the confirmation of your registration before you proceed to the next process.

FOR CONTINUING and RETURNEES:
Complete the registration online as accurate as possible as this will be part of your records. Pay the enrollment fee and email proof of payment through [email protected] and wait for the confirmation for you to proceed to the next process which is scheduling.

FOR SUMMER 2023 ENROLLEES:

1. Registration links will be sent through your school email on July 15, 2023. If in case, you didn't receive the official email, kindly inform Window 1 immediately to assist you with this matter.
2. No Registration, No Enrollment.
3. Approved subjects and schedules will be sent through email or will be available through Window 2 on July 17, 2023.
4. Summer classes will start on July 20, 2023.
5. Enrollment will end on July 19, 2023.

Time: 8:30 A.M.

1. Kindly settle the exam fee at Window 1.
2. Submit your initial requirements such as Form 138 (SHS Card) and Certificate of Good Moral Character inside a short brown envelope.
3. Bring with you 1 or 2 pencils for the examination proper.
4. Electronic gadgets such as cell phones/mobile phones, tablets, and calculators are not allowed during the exam period.
5. Parents and Guardians are to wait in the lobby area (Ground Floor).
6. Late Examinees will not be entertained once the exam starts.
