Kung ikaw usa ka adik sa gadget😟,makuwaan jud ang imung oras na dapat naa kay buhaton ana na oras. usa sad sa disadvantage kong adik ka sa mga gadget like cellphone and computer or unsa pa ron makadaot jud na sa imung kaugalingun. Example sa mata👁, unya kanang dugay ka matulog etc.
