The delegates of the Philippine Technological Council - Young Engineering Section during the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisation (AFEO) MidTerm Meeting held in One Farrer Hotel, Singapore hosted by the Institution of Engineers Singapore from July 11-13, 2024.
The YEAFEO or better known as Young Engineers of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisation is the overall organization taking care of the Young Engineers.
Part of the key activites is the ratification the previous YEAFEO minutes of the meeting and the approval of proposed new projects that will be beneficial for our practicing young engineers. This was solidified by the delegates of the PTC- Young Engineers as they will be one of the key driver in implementing these projects together with the other officers and committee chair. Attending this MidTerm meeting are Engr. Gerhard Tan (IECEP), Engr. Emman Caguimbal (SMEP) and Engr. Aubrey Borromeo (PSABE).
The upcoming Conference of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisation (CAFEO 2024) will be held in Kota Kinabalu Sabah, Malaysia this October 22-24, 2024.

Important projects were discused that includes the creation and development of Sustainable Community for the adopted IP's, Continuing Professional Development for young engineers, mobility of engineers, opportunity to apply for Associate Asean Engineer registry, key partnership with local and international organizations that will be relevant in serving our young engineers better and alot more.

They discussed and showcased about how they tackle disaster and provide fast, impactful solution in addressing disaster risk and responding to it.

(MAA). A showcase of engineering marvel in design and innovation coupled with sustainability and historical inspiration that is vital in delivering excellence and above standard transit systems.
Thank you MAA Chairman Engr. Richard Moh for hosting us onsite to showcase your project. The informative discussion were very important and provided us insights on how MAA creates innovative designs and implements based on international standards while achieving sustainability.
