(اگیگا رہنماؤں کی رہائی اور اہم اعلانات)

پریس کانفرنس کے بعد چند سوالات نے جنم لیا۔

1۔ جس شخصیت (مریم نواز) سے ملاقات میں ان کو یقین دہانی کروائی گئی۔ اس شخصیت کی موجودہ حیثیت( حکومتی، عدالتی، آئینی،قانونی) کیا ہے؟

2۔ پریس کانفرنس میں کوئی حکومتی نمائندہ نظر نہیں آیا؟ یہ ایک یک طرفہ پریس کانفرنس نظر آئی۔

3۔ رہائی کے بعد مشاورت اور تمام اساتذہ/دیگر اتحادیوں کو اعتماد میں لینے کی بجائے اتنی عجلت میں فیصلہ سنانا بھی سمجھ سے باہر ہے۔

4۔ بغیر کسی تحریری ثبوت یا کم از حکومتی بیان کے بغیر ہی بغلیں بجانا ماورا عقل معلوم ہو رہا ہے۔

5۔ نجکاری، پینشن پر آج اگیگا کے رہا شدہ رہنماؤں کی جانب سے بات ہی نہیں کی جا رہی ہے۔

6۔ بہت سے لوگ یہ قیاس آرائی پہلے ہی کر رہے تھے کہ ایک سیاست دان( میاں صاحب ) کی آمد سے پہلے پہلے یہ سب خود ساختہ حالات میں جادوئی حد تک بہتری آ جائے گی۔ کیا وہ سب سچ ثابت ہو ریا ہے؟

7۔ آج اتحاد اساتذہ و کچھ دیگر تنظیموں نے بھی اگیگا کے اس جلد فیصلہ پر تشویش کا آزار کیا۔ ان لوگوں کو اعتماد میں لینا اور بعد میں اعلان کرنا اگیگا رہنماؤں کی ذمہ داری نہ تھا؟

8۔ اس تحریک میں اب عام عوام خاص طور پر والدین بھی شامل ہو چکے تھے۔ کیونکہ ان کے بجوں سے تعلیم کا حق چھنا جا رہا ہے۔ ان کے لئے کیا پیغام ہے؟ نجکاری کے حوالے سے تو مکمل خاموشی ہے۔ اس کی کیا وجہ ہو سکتی ہے؟

9۔ان فوری/ ادھورے اعلان سے جو اساتذہ کمیونٹی میں بے چینی و اضطراب پایا جا رہا ہے۔ اس کا مداوا کون کرے گا۔ کیا اس کا کوئی حل موجود ہے اگیگا رہنماؤں کے پاس؟

10 ۔ کسی تحریک کو ٹھوس منطقی انجام تک پہنچائے بغیر اس کو فوری تتر بتر کر دینا ، مایوسی ،عدم اعتماد و انتشار پیدا نہیں کرتا؟ جس کا سرا سر فائدہ ہمیشہ کی طرح بالا دست طبقہ 76 سال سے اٹھا رہا ہے۔

یہ چند سوالات تھے جو احباب کے سامنے رکھ رہا ہوں۔ اللہ سے دعا ہے کہ وہ ہم سب کو اپنی حفظ و امان میں رکھے۔ اور اپنی تدبیر( تد بیر الہی ) سے ہمیں کامیاب بنائے۔ کیونکہ اللہ بہتر تدبیر کرنے والا ہے۔ آمین

Respected Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to respectfully appeal for relaxation in the service rules as outlined in the Service Rules of 2014. I am currently serving as an EST in the SED District of Gujrat, and I have an educational background in MSc Biotechnology/Biochemistry.
After dedicating 11 years of service and having undergone three promotion DPCs, I regret to inform you that my promotion cases have been consistently rejected on the grounds of my MSc subject. It has come to my attention that the School Education Department (SED) has directly appointed SSE and AEO candidates with educational qualifications in MSc Biotechnology/Biochemistry in the years 2014, 2016, and even 2018. This leads me to question the discrepancy in the promotion process, especially when these subjects are deemed eligible for direct appointments.
Furthermore, it has been observed that even in the district of Gujrat, male EST teachers possessing an MSc degree in Biotechnology were promoted to the position of SST in 2017 under the rules of 2014. This situation has raised concerns among us, as it appears that there may be inconsistencies in the application of the rules, which is causing undue distress and demotivation among ESTs who hold qualifications in Biotechnology/Biochemistry.
With due respect, I kindly request your intervention and consideration in this matter. We earnestly seek your special kindness in granting relaxation in the service rules for EST teachers across Punjab who hold educational qualifications in Biotechnology/Biochemistry. This gesture would not only alleviate the mental anxiety prevailing among us but also inspire us to work with renewed vigor and dedication, contributing positively to the education system.
Your understanding and support in this matter would be greatly appreciated by all of us. We believe that this step will enhance the morale and enthusiasm of ESTs, leading to a more motivated teaching force and better educational outcomes for our students.

آج کی گئی سی ایم پورٹل کی گئی. اپنی پروموشن کے حوالے سے

i am working as Elementary school teacher (SED) in govt high school # # # # # # # # . My education is MSc biotechnology, serving more than 11 years in education department. The department had been conducted recently 2 times promotion of empolyee. But i was both time neglected due to my MSc subject. This is total injustice act imposed to me, before this in 2017 the District Education Authorities Gujrat had granted promotion same nature of case. The employee promoted to SST having Education MSc biotechnology in 2017, at that time same service rules were existed. so this is totally discriminative behavior of my respected department, I am sharing Evidence of such candidate who have promote. Also attaching high Court Lahore and DC Gujrat Decisions in which they have ordered give me favour on behalf of previously conducted promotion case.
