Located on the southern coast of Sri Lanka, our eco friendly venue is on Koggala Lake in a little known village of Duwamalalagama, nestled in a serene setting surrounded by lush greenery.  You will find complete tranquility and a secluded enviroment, whilst enjoying the local wildlife and being only a few moments Habaraduwa beach, a world famous surf beach.

In the past few days, I've been tuning into my intuition, letting go of my fears, shedding judgments, and allowing my true self to shine brightly. During my time of exploration and reflection, I was lucky to have the company of a dear friend and soul companion who showed me loyalty, friendship, and complete acceptance. We shared deep conversations, laughter, and supported each other on our spiritual journeys....with lots of food and colombian dancing.

As time passed, I delved into the depths of my soul, releasing layers of fear, moving beyond judgments, and freeing myself from the expectations of others. I had been hiding in the shadows for too long, not showing my authentic self and giving away my power to external influences. But through healing, self-reflection, and embracing my inner struggles, I have emerged transformed, liberated from the constraints that once held me back.

Today, I stand in the radiant glow of my true essence, a beacon of love and compassion. Grateful for the wisdom gained through my personal growth, I am honoured to be a guiding light for others on their own journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.

Be as beautiful and as pure as nature.....regardless of what others may say, when we are pure in the heart our light will never stop shinning, our light will bring a smile, healing and love ....just as pachamama does....connecting and grounding myself. In gratitude for the love and true friendships which surround me, so many geraniums and I found bergamot orange....I've worked with the essential oil for so so many years and never actually touched the actual fruit...wow wow wow what a blessing.

Today, I had the pleasure of introducing my almost 17-year-old son to a powerful vinyasa flow yoga practice. It was his first time trying it, and I was impressed by how well he did. He approached the experience with respect, joined in the chanting of "om," and most importantly, he persevered without giving up. I am filled with pride and happiness as I witness the kind, caring, and loyal young man he is growing into.

My goal is to promote health and wellbeing, helping those who are in pain due to injuries to rehabilitate through practices like pilates and yoga. I believe in teaching my children the importance of self-care and inner awareness, as well as the power of love.
The most beautiful memory has been created today.

Dear valued clients,

I am excited to share that from the 29th of February to the 6th of March, I will be attending a transformative Fascial Release workshop in Switzerland led by a remarkable body worker from the USA. This opportunity will enable me to delve deeper into trauma release, energy body work, and refine my approach to treatments.

Please note that my availability for treatments is limited this week, and I have only a few openings next week until the 28th. I will be fully booked until my departure.

Upon my return on the 7th of March, I will have limited spaces due to my participation in a retreat alongside the wonderful .yoga. During this time, in addition to providing treatments, I will be conducting an Ayurveda workshop and showcasing my natural skin care products.

In 2018, I received a profound message that served as a catalyst for self-reflection. It was an eye-opening experience that made me realize my own unhappiness, both within myself and in my past relationship. Two years later, in 2020, I mustered the courage to break free from the chains that held me back, embarking on a transformative journey towards a new life.

During this time, I dedicated myself to uncovering my true desires and rediscovering the person I had long concealed within. It became clear to me that the love I once felt for the man in my life had faded away. I came to understand that his happiness, which I had once prioritized above all else, no longer held the same significance. I realized that true happiness meant more than mere comfort or attachment.

As I reflect on my journey, I am filled with awe. Looking at the woman I have become, I feel an overwhelming sense of liberation and self-love. I have taken meaningful steps to improve myself, aligning with my authentic self and finding my true purpose. I have created a space where I am entirely at peace within myself.

The most remarkable discovery I have made is the love I have found within me. It is a profound and transformative love that has blossomed from the depths of my being. This love has become the foundation upon which I build my life, guiding me towards fulfillment and contentment.

So what is this I do.....
My own unique style of cupping energy work and deep tissue, sharing some moments treating my kids and some clients.
My boy who is in kickboxing and jujitsu had a session with the chiro followed by deep tissue cupping, my juju has had a bad cough which I used the heated cups to gently cup her chest to help release the phlegm and stagnation.
Other pics of my regular clients, one which has been with me for over 2 years and just loves how this treatment keeps his body fit for his hard workouts.
I trained as a deep tissue therapist then learned cupping, I then combine the 2, I do my very own unique style, I feel and listen to each indivuals body, no routine just a beautiful flow for each and every single client, I am guided to use these cups exactly where they need to be placed for each individual and the results have been amazing.
