🗓️În data de 22 mai 2023, Comisia Europeană a lansat cea de-a 7-a ediție a Premiilor Europene Natura 2000. Orice persoană implicată într-o inițiativă legată de gestionarea și protejarea siturilor Natura 2000 din întreaga Uniune Europeană se poate înscrie în perioada 22 mai - 29 septembrie 2023.

➡️Premiul Natura 2000 celebrează realizările în materie de conservare a naturii și recompensează excelența în managementul și promovarea rețelei. Prin acest premiu crește gradul de conștientizare cu privire la Natura 2000 și la beneficiile acesteia. Oamenii și organizațiile care protejează și gestionează rețeaua Natura 2000 sunt la fel de diverse ca și peisajele, habitatele și speciile din cadrul rețelei. Premiul celebrează această diversitate în abordări și initiative. Astfel, sunt binevenite cererile din partea întreprinderilor, organizațiilor turistice, asociațiilor sportive, universităților sau persoanelor fizice, precum și din partea autorităților publice și organizațiilor de conservare a naturii.

Beneficiile Premiului Natura 2000
✅Eforturile și realizările solicitanților vor fi promovate la nivel european.
✅Finaliștii sunt introduși automat în votul public pentru Premiul cetățenilor, care va fi promovat pe scară largă în toată Europa.
✅Finaliștilor li se va oferi, de asemenea, un training la nivel professional despre cm să folosească rețelele sociale pentru propriile nevoi de comunicare. ✅În plus, finaliștii sunt invitați la ceremonia de premiere de la Bruxelles, unde își pot reprezenta inițiativa, se pot întâlni cu colegii finaliști și pot face schimb cu factorii de decizie din UE și cu alte părți interesate.

66,2% - nivel de conectare la sistemele de colectare și 63,6% - la sistemele de epurare❗️



🔎Potrivit ultimului raport privind „Stadiul realizării lucrărilor pentru epurarea apelor uzate urbane şi a capacităţilor în execuţie şi puse în funcţiune pentru aglomerări umane în anul 2020”, specialiștii Administrației Naționale "Apele Române" au realizat o evaluare din punct de vedere al nivelului de conectare la sistemele de infrastructură de apă uzată.

Situația se prezintă astfel:

➡️66,15% - pentru sistemele de colectare (rețele de canalizare și sisteme individuale adecvate);

➡️63,58% - pentru cele de epurare (stații și sisteme individuale adecvate).

Datele vizează aglomerările urbane cu mai mult de 2000 de locuitori echivalenți.

În perioada 2007 – 2020, s-au investit la nivel național circa 6,6 miliarde euro pentru realizarea sau extinderea și modernizarea infrastructurii de apă uzată.



ℹ️Această evaluare arată faptul că anual se înregistrează un ușor progres.

Atragem însă atenția că este nevoie în continuare de creșterea investițiilor în sistemele de colectare și epurare a apelor uzate urbane.

Aceasta este o condiție esențială ca România să se poată conforma cu cerințele europene prevăzute în Directiva privind epurarea apelor uzate urbane❗️
