Starting this week, Joo Chiat outlet will be open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12noon till 9pm starting this week!
FYI: Our signature brown butter waffle is now available at our Joo Chiat outlet and we have a waffle promotion for it as well.

The time has come as our lease for our Jubilee outlet will be up at the end of this month.

These were sold out last year and we prepared a little more this year! Everything is freshly made and baked in-house by our amazing pastry team.

It will be first pop-up here in Singapore and we are please to host them at our Neil Road outlet. Be amongst the first to experience Delugs’ take on an elastic velcro strap and take one home!

Our team recreated a nostalgic flavour but we bumped it up a few levels!
Our floral vanilla ice cream is being paired up with our refreshing raspberry sorbet to create this new flavour.
We are currently having so much fun creating new flavours and this is creation number 2!

Our latest flavour and tbis one is really special!
We called this a “hybrid flavour” because it is a mix of an ice cream and a sorbet.
For this flavour, we meticulously layer a good amount of coconut ice cream with some passionfruit sorbet and mango sorbet.
The result? A well-balanced and creamy ice cream with a pop!

To call Charis our team’s ice cream connoisseur would be an understatement – the brains behind our seasonal and collaboration ice cream flavours celebrates two years at Apiary this month!

Charis is an ice cream wizard of sorts. Drawing from the best bits of her professional experience as a pastry chef, she spends most of her time doing R&D for the brand and developing products for events and collaborations.

You’ve also probably seen Charis scooping ice cream and training new hires at the shop front – that’s because she doubles up as the operations manager and ensures that your ice cream gets to you with the most positive experience possible.

We’re ushering a season of change with timeless Chinese brewed teas to cleanse your palate and soothe your soul in every sip. Sourced by Pek Sin Choon Tea Merchant, these loose leaf teas are served in an elegant vessel and a teacup, for you to slow down and relax in our space.

A gentle companion to your ice cream fix, pick either the Unknown Fragrance, a floral blend with nuanced sweetness, or the Organic Dan Cong that is light with a honey orchid fragrance.

Our beloved Neil Road space was where it all started in 2016, as our original outlet where we first churned our ice cream at. Today, we’re extremely humbled to continue our ways of producing honest, quality ice cream while staying true to our origins as a local brand.

These are some of our favourite corners of our space. They remind us of the simplicity of enjoying ice cream, the blissful moments we shared with our loved ones, and a lot about the journey we’ve been on.
