Yamada Nishiki is known as the “King Of Sake Rice” and is also a good rice for brewing! Juyondai Yamadanishiki Nama Junmai Daiginjo taste refreshing, superb aroma of fresh fruit. On palate, it is smooth and hints of sweetness with a long after taste.

In 2015 when the extreme rice polishing limit was thought to be 8%, president Niizawa and his team created a 7% RPR sake. Kuro no Hana sake rice native to Miyagi prefecture is polished over 350 hours and brewed with their house yeast to achieve the simplicity and complexity of this sake. Elegant aromas of muscat grapes and Claude Blanchet pear and crisp, clean flavors of pineapple that beautifully across one’s palate. A sake that best celebrates excellence.
