Excited to share that as of TODAY we have more Saturday morning classes! You’ve been asking for this for so long and I’ve been trying my best to find instructors to help me add more classes to the Saturday timetable. Well today is the day!!!
9AM Reformer 4 All crew we are back and running!!!
10AM NEW CLASS: Reformer 4 Rookies: this class is for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or those of you who might have taken a break for a while or had an injury and want to revise the Pilates foundations. This is also an excellent class for men to join to learn how to execute Pilates exercises correctly on the Pilates reformer.
11AM: NEW CLASS! Reformer Pilates for Teens!! I can’t tell you how excited I am that we finally have our teens class up and running. This class is for teen athletes looking to improve their sport performance, improve their core strength and remain injury free. It’s also for teens that need to undergo some extra strength training due to hyper mobility issues. It’s also such an important class for any young adult to learn proper breathing mechanics, stress management techniques, gain postural awareness and generally having fun exercising in a group on a machine that has endless exercise opportunities!

Happy Ruby Wedding Anniversary to my mother and father-in-law!!! 40 years of marriage is a big achievement. It was heartwarming to see so many family members coming together.
Yesterday the street came together to put together a street party. What a wonderful way to build community amongst neighbours! Thanks Aunty J .preston for taking the cute photos and looking after the kiddies whilst I had a nap 😴. Time of the month with means some extreme fatigue for me. The nap was amazing!!!
Shame mum missed it this year but glad you seem to be recovering well in hospital.
Today we made our post-COVID annual trip to The Hundred Acre Wood. The kids had great fun in the woods searching for worms, climbing trees and generally running around everywhere!
The sun came back out for our day trip with the grandparents !

This private class meant so much to me. J came to us at the beginning of her third pregnancy and wanted to get started with Pilates right away after suffering debilitating pelvic girdle pain during her second pregnancy.
She came to class all throughout her pregnancy and was back in the clinic six weeks after her C-section to have her postnatal check and to do C-section scar massage. Once she was cleared for exercise by our physios she resumed her postnatal Pilates reformer classes here at and the Mums and Bubs classes.
Yesterday she didn’t have childcare so she brought her gorgeous little E to her private Pilates class with her. I got a whole hour of cuddles whilst mummy had a chance to 1) not hold her baby for an hour 2) workout 3) chat to another mummy about life and kids 4) move her spine in all planes which felt so good.
Like many others at the moment J will be relocating abroad and we are going to miss her dearly!!!!!
We always welcome mamas to bring their babies to their physio appointments or private pilates sessions. We are here for you and are very happy to have baby cuddles!!!
Well I think I’ve done my weight training for today! The weights are here and finally out of the boxes 😊

So many Strength Reformer classes on the schedule because we need to start loading ourselves ladies and gents. No need to be afraid of a diastasis or pelvic organ prolapse. We are here to help you gradually load appropriately!

Let’s work hard dads whilst also hanging out with your mini-me’s! They may be awake, the may sleep through the whole thing. Anyway you get to work hard 😓 with lots of attention given to your form so you can improve your core strength and posture and keep your self in shape as your little one gets bigger and bigger. Meanwhile mum gets a break or quality time with the older kids.

And they’re back!!!!! Prenatal graduates were back today with their precious little ones for Mums and Bubs class. S still has baby jn utero but she joined in the fun 🤩.
Mums and Bubs is more than just an exercise class. It’s a chance for mums and babies to socialise with other mums and babies whilst also exercising! Of course I love it because I get lots of baby cuddles 🥰
And once again another one of our mamas has given birth! This was R after her Prenatal reformer Pilates class at 40 weeks. I first met R over a year ago when she was about six months postnatal. She was a regular Saturday reformer class attendee before moving to prenatal reformer when she announced she was pregnant again. It was a pleasure to be a small part of your prenatal journey. Looking forward to welcoming you back to the studio again when you are ready!

Group and private classes almost everyday of the week. Whether you are suffering from chronic pain, hip pain, back pain, pelvic pain, endo pain, neck and shoulder pain. Whether you are young or old, hyper-mobile or inflexible, pregnant or postpartum, I am here for you.
Through my own battles with endometriosis, pelvic congestion syndrome, labral tears and hip surgery, chronic back and leg pain, crippling pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse post pregnancy I’ve developed an acute understanding of what it means to be in pain. The frustrations you feel when you just want to hop into an exercise class because you love to move but every time you do you end up in more pain! I can empathise with you and I can help build you back up piece by piece by working side by side with other healthcare professionals. It takes a strong multi-disciplinary team to get better sometimes but it is possible!
