Step up to the reformer tower and discover a more versatile way to work out!

Part of the Cadillac line, this vertical tower is a reformer and tower combination. The reformer/tower portion is known as the Cadillac of reformers because it can be used with almost any activity. It is versatile and convertible, allowing users to move between specific exercises easily. It's also an opportunity to move beyond the static positions you learn in class and add dynamic movements to your repertoire. The vertical tower is a versatile and convertible machine. The agility, power and well-controlled movements guide users to accomplish their goals in beginners, intermediate and advanced classes.

Our reformer class is an intimate, physical and challenging experience aimed at giving you a stronger body, from the inside out. Join us for a group session with reformer and vertical tower. You will be guided through a series of exercises to work your abdominals and sculpt the lower body. You will focus on posture, breathing techniques, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Let us introduce you to our latest and greatest: the ARMS ABS BUM class!

Body confidence contributes to a healthy and positive mindset. Our Arms, Abs and Bum class focuses on toning, tightening and strengthening both the body and mind. It is an intermediary pilates reformer class, which drives core stabilisation and strength building.

Tone your triceps, strengthen your core and lift your b***y! Be prepared to feel the burn in all your favorite spots! This class will commence from Monday 08 November.

We are opening our doors on 21st June with return of group equipment classes and privates at BodyLove Pilates Studio. Bookings will be opened next week via BoLo Pilates App. Check ‘em out!

In line with regulations, our group class sizes will be reduced to 4 people. All safety measure protocols outlined by the Singapore Government will continue to be in place.
